Preparation:

Grind the oatmeal, then mix all the ingredients, beat in a blender and place in silicone molds. Preheat the oven to 180 *C and bake for 15 minutes, then about 20 minutes at 160 *C. Cool and remove from molds. Eat warm or cold, with the addition of yogurt and a little honey.

Vegetable soup

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes – 4 pieces
  • Onions – 6 pieces
  • Sweet bell pepper – 2 pieces
  • Celery (stem) – 1 piece
  • Dill - To taste
  • Bay leaf - To taste
  • Ground hot pepper - To taste
  • Garlic - 3 cloves.

Preparation:

The ingredients include exclusively vegetables.

Chop the onion and garlic into small cubes, finely grate the carrots or cut into thin strips.

Clean the bell peppers and cut them into small cubes.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into small cubes. It is better to use stronger tomatoes - they will not fall apart and turn into mush during cooking.

We transfer all the prepared vegetables into a saucepan, add finely chopped celery stalk, dill and bay leaf. Fill with water (the amount of water is at your discretion, depending on which soup you like more - thick or thin). We put it on fire.

Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer uncovered over low heat for about 30 minutes. About 15-20 minutes before the end of cooking, add ground hot red pepper to the soup - it improves digestion and, therefore, promotes weight loss.

Bean salad with carrots

Ingredients:

  • canned red beans – 1 can
  • champignons – 1 jar (or fresh boiled)
  • onions – 2 heads
  • large carrots 1 pc.
  • garlic (optional)
  • natural yogurt

Preparation:

  1. Cut the onion into strips and simmer in a small amount of water.
  2. While the onions are stewing, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Remove the onion from the pan and set aside to cool, and instead put grated carrots in the pan and simmer as well.
  3. Open the cans of red beans and mushrooms, drain the liquid, and place the contents in a salad bowl.
  4. Add onions and carrots, top with yogurt and stir.
  5. If desired, you can add a couple of cloves of garlic, passed through a garlic press, it will give the salad a special piquancy.

Chicken meatballs in sauce with vegetables

Ingredients:

2 medium eggplants (600 g) 2 medium zucchini (700 g) 1 yellow bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 2 tomatoes 150 g low-fat cheese 2 tbsp. l. natural yogurt 50 ml water spices to taste (we use dry adjika and dry garlic), salt

Preparation:

We cut the cheese into cubes, zucchini and eggplant into circles, peppers and tomatoes into large slices. Mix yogurt, water and spices. Dip zucchini and eggplants into the resulting mixture, laying everything out in layers. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven, the first 15 minutes at 200 degrees, the remaining time at 150.

Chicken meatballs with sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 600 g
  • Round rice - 3 tbsp. l
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Natural yogurt - 1 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 6 g
  • Whole grain flour - 1 tbsp. l
  • Water - 2 tbsp
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:

Peel the vegetables and rinse under water. First prepare the minced meatballs. To do this, wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into pieces. Place it in a chopper, add salt, pepper, garlic, and turn everything into minced meat. Add washed rice and raw egg to the minced chicken. Mix the minced meat thoroughly until a homogeneous viscous lump is formed. With wet hands, form the meatballs and place them on a greased baking sheet. The meatballs can be any size at your discretion.

To prepare the sauce you need to prepare the vegetables. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Sauté vegetables in oil and salt until soft. Pour in water mixed with flour, add yogurt. Stir and heat the sauce. There is no need to boil it. Pour sauce with vegetables over meatballs. Place them in the oven for 35 minutes, the oven temperature should be approximately 180 degrees. Serve them hot with any side dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large tomato
  • 100 g low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 50 g fresh cucumber
  • 50 g fresh bell red pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Dill greens

Preparation:

Mix cottage cheese with chopped garlic, add yogurt, dill, salt and pepper. Mix well. Finely chop the red bell pepper and cucumber. Cut the tomato into circles and put the curd filling on each one. Sprinkle pepper and cucumber on top. Decorate with dill.

Buckwheat soup with chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 500 g
  • Buckwheat ½ cup
  • Carrot 2 g
  • Potatoes 3 pieces
  • Water 1.5 l
  • Beans in tomato sauce 400 g

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces. Fill with 1.5 liters of water. Put on fire. Cook after boiling for 15 minutes.
  2. While the chicken is cooking, cut the carrots and potatoes into medium-sized cubes. Fry the carrots. Wash and fry the buckwheat.
  3. When the chicken is cooked, add buckwheat and carrots, cook until half cooked for about 10 minutes, then add potatoes and a can of beans in tomato sauce. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are ready.

Salad with tuna

Ingredients:

  • Canned tuna – 300 g
  • Lettuce leaf - 1/2 pcs
  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Paprika - 1 piece
  • Cucumber - 1 pc.
  • Natural yoghurt – 50 ml
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:

Let's put the eggs to boil. Open the canned tuna and add the liquid. Mash the fish with a fork. Wash the salad and vegetables and dry. Cut the paprika into cubes, cut the cucumber into half slices, finely or thinly slice the onion, and tear the salad with your hands. Mix vegetables and fish, add salt and pepper, season with yogurt, stir. Top with slices of hard-boiled eggs. You can lay out the vegetables in layers, the first layer will definitely be salad, and eggs on top.

Vegetable casserole

Ingredients:

  • 300g. zucchini;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 tomato;
  • salt, pepper to taste;
  • dill (any greens);
  • 50gr. cheese;

For the sauce:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 ml. milk;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds, cut thinly into half rings, onion, carrots, and tomatoes into half rings. Grease a baking dish with butter, lay out the carrots and onions, add salt to the zucchini, tomatoes, pepper a little and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. The vegetables will brown, remove, sprinkle with herbs, pour in the sauce (lightly beat the eggs, add milk, salt and pepper), grated cheese on top and place in the oven for 5-7 minutes.

Mushroom pickle

Ingredients:

  • Pearl barley 0.3 cups;
  • Dried mushrooms 250 g;
  • Onion 1 head;
  • Potatoes 3 pieces;
  • Carrots 1 piece;
  • Pickled cucumbers 2 pieces;
  • Cucumber brine ½ cup;
  • Black peppercorns 3 pieces;
  • Bay leaf to taste;
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Greens to taste;

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the pearl barley, place it in a saucepan, cover with cold water and leave to swell for 1–2 hours.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Peel the pickled cucumbers and cut into cubes. Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Wash the mushrooms (it is best if they are aromatic wild mushrooms - chanterelles, boletus, etc.) and cut into small pieces.
  3. Drain the water from the pan with the swollen pearl barley, fill it again with 2 liters of boiled cold water and place on the fire. Cook over medium heat until the pearl barley is soft. Add potatoes, chopped mushrooms, bay leaves and peppercorns to the pan. After this, cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the chopped onion in it. Then add the grated carrots to the pan and sauté the vegetables until soft. Add chopped pickles to them and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Place the sauteed vegetables in a saucepan with soup, pour in the cucumber pickle. Bring the soup to a boil and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Pour finely chopped herbs into a saucepan with soup and let it brew.

Braised chicken in soy sauce

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 900 g;
  • Carrots 300 g;
  • Onions 300 g;
  • Sweet bell pepper 300 g;
  • Soy sauce 50 ml;

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add chicken and water. Simmer over medium heat.
  2. While the chicken is cooking, thinly slice the onion, peel and slice the bell peppers and grate the carrots.
  3. Add all the vegetables to the pan and stir. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes.
  4. Add water little by little as it evaporates. When all the vegetables and meat are soft, add soy sauce.
  5. Stir and cook for another 15 minutes.
