How to choose quality dryers
Only a high-quality product, prepared in compliance with the recipe and standards, can bring maximum benefits to the health of an adult or child. Therefore, it is important to be able to choose correctly even such simple bakery products as dryers:
- Inspect the appearance of the products. Bright golden color and gloss indicate good quality and adherence to technology. A pale matte drying surface indicates a violation of the recipe and improper manufacturing.
- Make sure there are no cracks. Cracks in dryers are proof that the drying regime for products was not followed during the production process.
- Visually assess the number of broken dryers in the bag. If their number exceeds 5%, then the products are considered low-quality.
- Carefully study the composition of the product indicated on the packaging. All kinds of stabilizers, flavors, taste improvers and dyes are harmful to health; with their help, manufacturers try to extend the shelf life, improve the taste and appearance of the product.
- Choose those dryers that contain natural oil, rather than hydrogenated fat or margarine.
In addition to the appearance and contents, you need to check the tightness of the packaging. Even the smallest hole can allow moisture to enter and mold to grow.

Recipes for delicious bagels
Fans of such delicacies have repeatedly wondered how to make a bagel at home? Let's look at two of the most popular and delicious recipes, which have been in demand among housewives for a long time. So, how to cook bagels.
Recipe 1
This recipe will give you fragrant, delicious round buns with a hole inside. But keep in mind that the recipe is complex, it will take at least six hours, but it’s worth it, believe me.
For preparation we will need (serving 7 pieces): 325 g of flour, 2 g of yeast (if you take dry, then you need one teaspoon), 20 g of melted butter, 50 g of sugar, 5 g of salt. If you wish, you can add sesame or poppy seeds.
The preparation of the dough takes place in two stages. First we collect half the flour with a glass of water (the water should be warm), half the yeast, 2 teaspoons of sugar and one salt. The dough is kneaded until it becomes soft and does not stick to the walls of the dish. After this, you need to cover it and leave it for three hours in a place with a warm temperature. If the dough doesn't rise after three hours, wait a little longer.
Now in a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, just do not add poppy seeds and sesame seeds. Combine the two doughs together and beat with a mixer for about eight minutes. If you don't have a mixer, you can knead it by hand. Cover with a towel and leave for another hour.
Divide the finished dough into seven equal parts. We roll out sticks of maximum length (just not very thin). They should turn out perfectly even and smooth. If there are cracks, try kneading the dough again.
Before twisting into a circle, lubricate the ends of the sticks with water. The finished flour rings must be placed on a baking sheet, which must first be covered with parchment paper (can be greased with butter). Let it sit like this for half an hour.
Now we need to boil water with salt. The pan should be such that our culinary product feels free. Cook for half a minute and after it floats, put it back on the baking sheet, sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds. We repeat this with everyone.
Place our round buns in a preheated oven (temperature should be from 210 to 230 degrees). Bake for 10-15 minutes and turn over to the other side. This way they will be evenly fried.
Ready-made treats must be cooled. You should not eat them hot, because as we know, hot dough negatively affects the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.
