To prepare baths, you usually take bags of magnesia powder. For one bath you will need 100-200 g of salt. Magnesium sulfate is an odorless white powder, bitter in taste, soluble in water.

In stores you can find ready-made bath salts with magnesium, usually called “Epsom salts”, packaged in several kilograms.
