The muscles should be as tense as possible. If there is an area of ​​pain on your back, you need to roll that too. After just a few exercises, the pain will subside. In the same way, you need to roll the lateral muscles.
    2. Ice rink. From a lying position on your back, you need to pull your knees to your chest, grab your ankle with your hands and press your elbows to the sides of your body. When pulling your head towards your knees, your feet should be lowered to the floor. In this position, rocking is performed, without weakening the back muscles.
    3. Tumbler. This exercise develops the area between the shoulder blades. From a lying position, your legs are raised up at a 90-degree angle, your toes pointing strongly toward the ceiling. Having moved your head and hands towards your toes, you need to grab your ankle and arch your chest forward. Rocking is done by tipping over in such a way that the toes reach the floor. After this you need to return to the previous position and so on.
    4. Tree in the wind. You need to stand straight and raise your slightly bent arms up. The legs should be as close to the floor as possible, and the body should be stretched. When bending to the side, you need to strongly pull your arms diagonally. And so on in different directions, imitating a tree bending in the wind.
    5. Pump. You need to stand straight, raise your arms up and clasp your palms, press your head to your chest. When your arms come down with your head, you need to make sure that your forearms are pressed as close to your ears as possible. When performing pushes with your palms, you need to lift your torso with your back muscles.
    6. Twisting is an exercise for the vertebrae. The pack is straight, you need to raise your hands with clasped palms up. Perform smooth turns of the upper body in different directions without moving the lower body. The angle of rotation should be the maximum possible, the lower back should remain without deflection.
    7. The parade is an exercise for the neck muscles. Turn your head in different directions until painful sensations appear. Then you need to strongly stretch your neck and wait until the pain subsides. Each time the head turn should become larger and eventually exceed 90 degrees.
