I can walk around like a sloth for half a day. Gymnastics always saves the day; it consists of simple exercises, and in 15 minutes the whole body is involved in the work. In this article I will tell you and show you exercises for morning exercises, they help solve the problem of morning inhibition. I have been collecting this complex for muscles and joints for many years. It includes exercises that were given to me by professionals in their field: cross-country skiing coaches, an honored karate coach :), a choreographer in Russian folk dances, fitness instructors of various directions. I do exercises on my own and with my mother, and she is 70+ and already an experienced grandmother. Morning exercises give energy, vigor and lightness for the whole day.
