With heredity, which involves the appearance of a subcutaneous layer of fat, habits of consuming unnecessary foods are adopted. You need to understand that there are “accomplices” of cellulite that provoke fat accumulation:
- Products high in animal fats - pork, lard, cow butter, high-calorie cheeses, cream - should not be consumed. When they enter the body, they increase the parameters of our hips and abdomen.
- Semi-finished products. The fast pace of life forces many to eat on the run; there is not enough time to prepare a full meal. It's easy to snack on a slice of sausage or boiled sausages. This is convenient and helps out when you are short of time. Classic fast food, including hamburgers, chips, burgers, is even more harmful.
- Sweets. These are extra calories, they are quickly stored. In addition, sugar consumption reduces the elasticity of tissues. Early wrinkles appear due to an excess of sweets in the diet. It is much healthier to replace sweets with dark chocolate and sweets with dried fruits.
- Baked goods. In addition to excess sugar, frequent consumption of delicious pies and baked goods increases the amount of calories.

- Alcoholic drinks. The skin becomes flabby and is subject to rapid aging. When drinking beer, changes in the quality of the dermis occur faster.
- Coffee. It is harmful to drink instant varieties, but ground coffee beans help reduce the appearance of cellulite.
Experts have not come to the same opinion about gluten. But for the sake of experiment, you can exclude cereal crops for 15–20 days. Then observe the body to see if protein affects the appearance of the thighs.
