  • beef liver – 0.5 kg;
  • soft butter – 25 g;
  • bacon (raw) – 30 g;
  • dill;
  • salad mix – 50 g;
  • mushrooms - three to four pieces (large);
  • apple (necessarily green) - one piece.

Preparation:

  1. We will prepare all the products we need.

  2. Wash the liver thoroughly with running water. We clean the offal from the film. The more thoroughly you clean it, the softer the offal will be.
