Green tea extract tablets | Useful properties, instructions for use

Green Tea Extract is a hydroalcoholic extract. Next, by drying the liquid concentrate, the desired product is obtained. It looks like a yellowish-beige powder, with a characteristic pleasant unique aroma of fresh green tea. The powder dissolves in warm water and alcohol solutions. Green tea extract was acquired due to its rare composition of active chemical components, the medical properties of which scientists have been studying for the last decade. The research results obtained so far show high efficiency.

Green tea extract: composition

  • Alkoloids (60-70%) are mainly caffeine and tannin that form a compound that gently tones the nervous system and does not accumulate in the body even with frequent use. Being a wonderful remedy for mild depression. Theobromine and theophylline promote vasoconstriction.

Green tea extract: properties

Green tea extract, at its low cost, has very rich properties:

Antioxidant action

Probably the most important property of green tea extract is its antioxidant effect, which prevents early aging. Free radicals are formed during oxidation processes occurring in the body. These “rogue” particles containing free electrons are looking for a mate, damaging the structures of healthy cells. The electrons of destroyed cells also begin to “wander” in search of another pair. This is how the aging mechanism starts. It has been confirmed that the initial stage of any disease, from cancer to the common cold, is caused by an increase in the number of such radicals in the body.

The active components of the concentrate (polyphenols and vitamins) stop and regulate the oxidation mechanism. Green tea can be compared to a well-known antoxidant astaxanthin.

Anticarcinogenic effect

Green tea or green tea extract is perhaps the most practical and cheapest remedy that can extinguish and suppress malignant tumors. Phytocompounds have pronounced antimutagenic and antioxidant activity: methylxanthines, isoflavones, catechins - unique natural components that have a strong anticancer effect. EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate) and EGC (epigallocatechin) are powerful antioxidants that prevent DNA breakdown. Even modest doses can counteract the growth of cancer cells. Prevents the occurrence of cancer of the lungs, esophagus, liver, pancreas, uterus and breast. A large variety of ways that chemicals influence cancer cells have been studied (inhibiting oncoproteins, improving the process of cell interaction, preventing the occurrence of cancer compounds).

Cardiovascular, antiatherogenic and cardioprotective effects

Scientists have found that flavonoids in green tea extract (myricetin and quercetin) help improve the condition of patients with hypertension, diabetes, cerebral circulatory disorders and improve microcirculation, which regulates the tone of blood vessels. There is an authoritative opinion that catechins can protect the myocardium from damage during ischemia and chemotherapy.

Antiviral effect

It was revealed that epiosho showed itself in the combined treatment and prevention of diabetes mellitus and regulation of blood glucose. A significant antibacterial effect was observed. Toxins are eliminated well and metabolism is accelerated.

Green tea extract, its beneficial properties and indications for use

What are the benefits of green tea extract? What effect does it give? Over the past decades, many studies have been conducted on green tea plant extract, both in scientific and medical laboratories. The goal is to evaluate the beneficial properties and finally identify their list. Unfortunately, many properties have not yet been fully studied. But in all the past studies, some of which lasted decades, green tea extract has confirmed its effectiveness and healing properties. The clinically proven power of green tea extract is manifested in the following effects on the body:

  • Antioxidant action.

The most valuable property of green tea extract is rightfully considered to be the ability to inhibit the oxidation of organic compounds, reducing the rate of formation of free radicals and thereby slowing down the aging process. This property is achieved by the presence in green tea of polyphenols epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), flavonoid quercetin (Qu), epigallocatechin (EGC), as well as vitamins C and E;

  • Cytoprotective and anticarcinogenic effect.

!

Green tea extract is the best natural cancer protector.

This effect of the extract has been studied to the maximum and confirmed by countless studies of world-famous clinics and institutes. The effectiveness of flavonoids (catechins) contained in green tea has been proven in combination therapy of malignant tumors. Catechins disrupt the formation of carcinogenic compounds, positively influencing cell interaction and inhibiting oncoproteins. Accordingly, the rate of tumor progression decreases;

  • Cardioprotective effect.

Researchers have also proven the fact that green tea extract acts as a protection for cells from damage and destruction, to correct the condition of the myocardium and reduce the load on it;

  • Cardiovascular and antiatherogenic effect.

Numerous studies also confirm the positive effects on the cardiovascular system that green tea extract provides. The benefits include normalizing microcirculation, increasing elasticity and strengthening the walls of blood vessels, lowering cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein levels. This result is achieved thanks to flavonoids: quercetin, kaempferol, myricetin. It is also worth noting that green tea is effective for impaired glucose tolerance - it reduces it;

  • Antiviral effect.

Green tea extract is effective in preventing infection of viral diseases, in particular such as hepatitis C during organ transplantation. Currently, large research programs are being funded to study the effect of the polyphenol epigallocatechin-3-gallate, which is part of green tea extract, on HIV infections.

  • Antiproliferative effect.

The therapeutic effect of the polyphenol epigallocatechin-3-gallate is aimed at restoring the disturbed balance between the increase in the cell population and their death.

In addition to the above effects on the body, dry green tea extract has the following properties: thermogenic and tonic effect, strengthens tooth enamel, etc.

Green Tea Extract: Applications

Green tea extract has found wide application in various areas of preventive and therapeutic medicine, thanks to its chemical composition it can prevent and stop the development of cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Green tea extract gained popularity in the field of aesthetic medicine due to its ability to influence metabolism in the body. Its effective properties are used in medicinal cosmetics, as well as decorative ones.

Green tea for external use

The use of green tea in medicine and cosmetology

I. V. Kochurova , dermatologist, cosmetologist, oncologist, methodologist in the direction of “Contour plastic surgery and mesotherapy” of the Martinex Medical Center

Over the past ten years, interest in research into the active components of green tea and their use in the treatment of many diseases has not waned. The use of green tea catechins and bioflavonoids in oncology, cardiology, endocrinology, gerontology, dermatology, cosmetology, hepatology and other areas of medicine is being studied. The results published so far show the effectiveness of green tea and its healing properties, many of which are still not fully understood. Let's discuss some of the studied mechanisms of action of green tea.

Properties of green tea

Antioxidant effect
This is perhaps the most important property, which is ensured by the presence of such active components in green tea as polyphenols epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) and epigallocatechin (EGC), the flavonoid quercetin (Qu), vitamins C and E. For example, In a study conducted by English urologists on prostate cancer cells, it was found that the addition of epigallocatechin-3-gallate 30 minutes before radiation therapy significantly reduces its effectiveness. The increased resistance of tumor cells is explained by the fact that epigallocatechin-3-gallate doubles the level of superoxide dismutase in them, thereby significantly suppressing free radical oxidation induced by radiation therapy [14]. In addition, epigallocatechu-3-gallate, epicatechin-3-gallate, quercetin, vitamins C and E actively bind free radicals, in particular superoxide radical and singlet oxygen, protecting cell membranes and DNA from damage [6].

The antioxidant and cytoprotective properties of green tea can be used in the combined treatment of almost any disease accompanied by oxidative stress. Areas of application of green tea can be the treatment of malignant neoplasms (during a course of chemotherapy or radiation therapy), the treatment of bronchopulmonary and cardiovascular diseases and chronic intoxications, the protection of the skin from the damaging effects of ultraviolet radiation, etc.

Anticarcinogenic effect

This is one of the most studied properties of green tea. Numerous studies have proven the effectiveness of green tea catechins in the combined treatment of breast cancer, prostate cancer, cervical cancer, bladder tumors, and liver cancer. The main antitumor agents of green tea are currently recognized as epicatechin-3-gallate and epigallocatechin-3-gallate. Their action is realized

at several stages of carcinogenesis: they disrupt transduction - signal transmission inside the tumor cell, inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells; activate apoptosis of tumor cells; reduce the expression of endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and block angiogenesis in tumor tissue. Thus, green tea catechins inhibit tumor growth, disrupt its nutrition and spread [12].

Cardioprotective effect

Singaporean scientists investigated the protective effect of epigallocatechin-3-gallate on doxorubicin-induced cardiomyocyte damage. The study was conducted in vitro on a cardiomyocyte cell line. It was found that epigallocatechin-3-gallate restores the calcium concentration in the sarcoplasmic reticulum of the cardiomyocyte to physiological norms, and also binds reactive oxygen species, protecting cardiomyocytes from oxidative stress. Thus, this study showed that epigallocatechin-3-gallate can be used to protect cells heart from the damaging effects of doxorubicin, which is important for chemotherapy [16].

Cardiovascular and antiatherogenic effects

Many patients suffering from arterial hypertension, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular accidents or diabetes mellitus, when using green tea extract even in the form of dietary supplements, note an improvement in their well-being and health. Numerous in vitro and animal studies explain these beneficial effects. It has been found that green tea flavonoids (quercetin, kaempferol, myricetin) improve microcirculation by affecting the level of nitric oxide, which regulates the tone of blood vessels [8].

One study [3] showed that flavonoids and catechins in green tea reduce cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein levels, thus having an anti-atherogenic effect and reducing the risk of atherosclerosis. In addition, green tea extract reduces glucose tolerance in patients suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus, metabolic syndrome and obesity [3].

Antiviral effect

Ciesek et al. [4] proved that green tea catechins can be used to prevent hepatitis C infection during organ transplantation. In a study on a human hepatocyte line, epigallocatechin-3-gallate was shown to prevent the hepatitis C virus from entering cells. Thus, the use of green tea catechins may be part of an antiviral strategy aimed at preventing hepatitis C infection during organ transplantation [4].

The antiviral activity of epigallocatechin-3-gallate against HIV infection is currently being studied. In a study conducted by Li et al. [10], epigallocatechin-3-gallate inhibited viral reverse transcriptase and prevented HIV replication before its integration into host cell DNA. Thus, epigallocatechin-3-gallate can be used as a prophylactic agent in individuals at risk, as well as in combination therapy for HIV infection [10].

Antiproliferative effect

Epigallotocatechin-3-gallate is used in the complex treatment of endometriosis, uterine fibroids, a combination of uterine fibroids with adenomyosis, and diffuse fibrocystic mastopathy. The therapeutic effect of epigallotocatechin-3-gallate consists of several effects: restoration of the disturbed balance between proliferation and apoptosis, which leads to arrest of proliferative growth, and blockade of endothelial growth factor expression and neoangiogenesis. In addition, epigallocatechin-3-gallate inhibits endometrial cell invasion and affects a key mechanism in the development of endometriosis and adenomyosis [1].

Unfortunately, at the moment, not a single medicine based on green tea extract is registered in Russia and throughout the world. This is explained by the fact that research into the active components of green tea has been carried out relatively recently, and also by the fact that the process of registering new drugs has been going on for several years. However, the numerous positive properties of green tea extract and ongoing research give us confidence that medicines based on it will soon appear on the pharmaceutical market.

Green tea in aesthetic medicine

Green tea extract is very widely used in cosmetology as additives in various lotions, serums, creams, masks, shampoos and hair conditioners, gels, deodorants, toothpastes, mouth rinses, bath products, etc. Green tea polyphenols have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, astringent and softening effects, have wound-healing properties, promote the penetration of biologically active substances into the skin, enhance its protective properties, and improve complexion.

As a leader among plant antioxidants, tea extract is used:

  • as a powerful weapon against aging, helping to maintain youthful and beautiful skin;
  • to protect the skin from exposure to harmful substances and ultraviolet radiation;
  • as a facial skin care product, especially combination, sensitive, damaged, mature or “tired” skin;
  • for the care of dry and damaged hair;
  • to strengthen and treat nails.

It has long been proven and undeniable that green tea has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and photoprotective properties. Free radicals generated by ultraviolet radiation cause oxidative stress and photoinduced skin inflammation. They enhance the secretion of matrix metalloproteinases and activate nuclear transcription factor kB (NFkB), which increases the synthesis of pro-inflammatory mediators (such as interleukins 1, 6 and 8, tumor necrosis factor) by skin cells. All this leads to damage to collagen and elastin fibers, destruction of hyaluronic acid and skin cell membranes [13].

The results of studies on the use of green tea extract in external products intended to correct signs of skin aging and treat dermatological diseases are interesting. In a study by Kim et al. [9] showed that epigallocatechin-3-gallate counteracts ultraviolet (UV)-induced skin damage in guinea pigs and mice, and also has a protective effect in cultured human fibroblasts. There was a decrease in the intensity of lipid peroxidation, the severity of UV-B-induced erythema, UV-induced expression of nuclear transcription factor kB and collagenase secretion. As a result, photo-induced skin inflammation was suppressed, the degree of degradation of the intercellular matrix was reduced, and skin cell function and skin quality were improved [9].

American scientists who conducted a study on human fibroblast cultures proved that the use of epigallocatechin-3-gallate not only blocks UV-induced collagenase synthesis, but also increases the rate of collagen synthesis by fibroblasts [15].

C. Elmets et al. [5] studied the photoprotective effect of epigallocatechin-3-gallate and epigallocatechin on the skin of healthy volunteers. When these active components were applied externally 30 minutes before sun exposure, a decrease in the severity of UV-induced erythema was noted [5].

In a 12-week, double-blind, placebo-controlled study conducted by German scientists, not only the photoprotective effect of green tea was demonstrated, but also its effect on microcirculation in the facial skin. 30 minutes after taking green tea polyphenols, blood flow to the skin increased [7].

Pakistani scientists tested the effect of an emulsion based on 3% green tea extract on sebum production. The emulsion was applied to 10 volunteers on the skin of their cheeks for 8 weeks. The results of the study showed that green tea extract emulsion significantly reduces sebum production and can be used in complex acne therapy [11].

Russian scientists have shown that applying a cream or gel with epigallocatechin-3-gallate reduces the risk of pathological scars after plastic surgery and removal of tumors using lasers and electrocoagulators. Several studies have explored the mechanism of action of this catechin. It turned out that epigallocatechin-3-gallate shortens the growth phase of new vessels, which leads to stimulation of collagen matrix deposition in the first days and to suppression in the future. In addition, it reduces the synthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines (interleukins 1, 6 and 8, tumor necrosis factor), which leads to the subsidence of the inflammatory process (erythema and itching) associated with thermal damage to the skin. Thus, epigallocatechin-3-gallate in the composition of products for external use prevents the formation of atrophic and hypertrophic scars [2].

Green tea polyphenols, like most antioxidants, are very unstable and easily oxidize in the environment. One of the main challenges facing the cosmetics industry is to ensure that the active ingredient penetrates the epidermis and remains there long enough to produce the desired effect.

The use of green tea extract in mesotherapy

Green tea extract is one of the most popular drugs used in almost all mesotherapy programs. It is intradermal injections that help make the most of all the beneficial properties of green tea extract. The exceptional clinical effect of the mesotherapy method is explained by the fact that green tea is injected directly into the problem area and is kept there for quite a long time. At the same time, the components of green tea remain active long enough to realize a therapeutic effect. The complex effect of mesotherapy, which is based on puncture, reflexogenic and neurohumoral mechanisms, enhances the pharmacological effect of intradermal administration of green tea extract.

Typically, 6% green tea extract is used in mesotherapy. At this concentration, all its beneficial properties are preserved and sensitization does not occur. Green tea extract can be used at all stages of a classic mesotherapy session, during meso-drainage sessions, in programs to improve microcirculation and strengthen vascular tone - both in monotype (for example, Kamezin; Skinasil, Russia) and as part of cocktails (Slim Body; Skinasil , Russia). The techniques for introducing green tea extract are very diverse: classical, superficial, middle and deep nappage, infiltration, tangential technique.

Indications for use of green tea extract

1. Dull, gray complexion, pasty facial skin, rosacea, wrinkles

Green tea bioflavonoids normalize the tone of precapillary sphincters and improve microcirculation, disturbed during illnesses, stress, and chronic intoxication. Vitamins C and P, which are part of green tea extract, strengthen the vascular wall.

The drug is used at the vascular stage of a mesotherapy session and/or at the stage of diffuse treatment of the aesthetic zone; It can also be used during an anti-stress mesotherapy session. As a result of using green tea extract, hypoxia is eliminated, metabolic processes are normalized, the skin becomes elastic, toned, its color improves, swelling goes away, blood vessels are strengthened and the manifestations of rosacea are reduced.

2. Venous and lymphatic insufficiency of the lower extremities

Quercetin, which is part of green tea extract, increases the tone of lymphatic vessels and increases diuresis. Bioflavonoids and polyphenols affect the microvasculature, normalizing the tone of the precapillary sphincters. The alkaloid caffeine inhibits platelet aggregation, improving the rheological properties of blood.

As a result of using green tea extract, the vascular tone of the lower extremities is normalized, heaviness and swelling go away. The use of green tea extract is considered justified both at the extended vascular stage of the mesotherapy session and during the mesodrainage procedure.

3. Hydrolipodystrophy and local fat deposits

The main alkaloid of green tea, caffeine, increases the level of intracellular cAMP, under the influence of which the processes of lipolysis in adipocytes are enhanced. The bioflavonoid quercetin has a fairly strong anti-edematous and lymphatic drainage effect, which is achieved by reducing the permeability of the vascular wall and increasing the tone of the lymphatic vessels.

Thus, taking into account the lipolytic, lymphatic drainage and anti-edema effects of green tea extract, it is possible to use it at the main stage of a classic mesotherapy session when correcting the edematous form of stage I - II cellulite and local fat deposits.

4. Acne, seborrhea of the scalp

Green tea extract has an antimicrobial and sebostatic effect, blocks the enzyme 5a-reductase, which leads to a reduction in androgen-dependent processes (seborrhea, hair loss, hyperkeratosis). Therefore, green tea extract is included in mesotherapy protocols for the treatment of acne of varying severity and seborrhea of the scalp.

Conclusion

The history of the use of green tea extract in mesotherapy characterizes this drug as one of the safest, most effective, hypoallergenic, and capable of solving a wide range of problems. The absence of pain and comfort during insertion ensure its popularity among cosmetologists and patients.

Green tea extract: for weight loss

Many people are faced with the acute problem of losing weight, and green tea extract . The defining female hormone is synthesized from fat cells, so the female body tries in every possible way to accumulate as much of it as possible in order to create resource potential. If metabolism is disturbed, then “reserves” of fat are formed in huge quantities. This can not only create a risk for cardiovascular pathologies, but also various hormonal disorders, and also spoil the appearance. It is necessary to pay attention to the fact that green tea is a rich source of fat-burning complexes, as well as restoring lipid metabolism, which is the reason for its unique biological value. It is worth mentioning the use of green tea extract for weight loss in an anti-cellulite program, thanks to fat-burning complexes (fat burners), which are able to penetrate and act on the surface of the skin and in its deeper layers, which allows you to restore healthy tissue structure. Anti-cellulite cream also moisturizes the skin, normalizes blood and lymph flow, improves skin breathing, and the appearance of the skin becomes even and smooth. In addition to green tea extract for weight loss, you can try Garcinia Cambogia, Chia Seeds, Goji Berries, Acai Berries and chitosan.

It helps both men and women. In combination with physical activity, the effectiveness increases significantly, thanks to the main active ingredient EGCG, which significantly accelerates metabolism and normalizes the metabolic process, which entails a significant consumption of calories. Therefore, if you use green tea extract for weight loss, the effect will be noticeable and not long in coming. A slender figure will bring a lot of pleasant mood.

Everything you need to know about green tea extract

Green tea is a great addition to sushi, but it turns out it's also a powerful fat burner that's rich in beneficial antioxidants. In this article, we will tell you a little more about the healing properties of green tea extract.

Camellia sinensis is an evergreen plant whose leaves, it was discovered long ago, can be steeped in hot water and then drunk. This plant is probably known to everyone as tea, or tea bush. Although completely different varieties of tea are preferred all over the world, it is green tea that is most popular and deserves special attention.

Green tea is a great alternative to coffee due to its high caffeine content: each cup contains about 35-100 milligrams of caffeine, depending on the length of the brewing process. Green tea is also an excellent source of antioxidants called catechins, which strengthen the immune system, prevent cardiovascular disease and promote fat burning.

There are undoubtedly many reasons to drink green tea, but it is clear that this bitter-tasting drink is not able to win the hearts of everyone without exception. Good news for those who don't like to drink tea: you can reap the benefits of green tea by consuming it in the form of supplements, such as green tea extract, which, in addition to its fat-burning and antioxidant effects, tones and improves mood.

Numerous epidemiological studies show that regular consumption of green tea has significant positive effects on overall health. Even as a supplement, green tea can be a beneficial addition to your regular diet, especially if your goal is fat loss. The main difference between drinking tea and taking it in tablet form is the dosage. When consuming supplements, depending on the brand and processing method, the dosage is usually much higher.

If you are interested in taking green tea extract supplements, here are a few things you should keep in mind.

Fat burning effect

In most cases, green tea extract is effective as a fat burner due to the action of a complex cellular mechanism involving catechin and caffeine. Adding caffeine to the powerful catechin compound increases the rate of norepinephrine production in the body, which gives you enough pep and confidence that you'll be mentally prepared to take on someone like Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler... and win!

The mere mention of “fat burning” can tempt you into spending a ton of money on green tea supplements, so let's bring this important point to your attention first. The optimal potential fat-burning effect of green tea extract is achieved with a daily intake of 400-500 milligrams of ECGC - epigallocatechin gallate, the most significant catechin compound in terms of its effect on thermogenesis. This is equivalent to 4-5 cups of strongly brewed tea.

In addition, it is necessary to keep in mind that the fat-burning effect of green tea only affects people who are not resistant to caffeine. In other words, if you consistently drink at least 3 cups of caffeinated beverages per day, the fat-burning effect of green tea will definitely be less significant. Keeping these aspects in mind, have realistic expectations regarding the weight loss benefits of green tea extract supplementation.

How to use

To safely incorporate green tea extract supplements into your weight loss program, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water; caffeine and some other ingredients in such supplements act as diuretics. The tablets can be taken with or without food. However, if you want to maximize the effectiveness of green tea extract, we recommend taking it with fish oil and quercetin, either in food or supplement form. Both of these nutrients have been shown to have a synergistic effect and help increase the bioavailability of green tea.

The degree of effectiveness is different for everyone

Given the widespread popularity of green tea, it's worth noting that each person may experience a different reaction to drinking green tea—the same can be said for coffee. Some people do not tolerate certain components of green tea extract well. After taking it, they may experience a sudden increase in heart rate, anxiety, and other common side symptoms.

If you are experiencing the above symptoms, you should consult your doctor before starting to take green tea supplements regularly.

Be careful with dosage

As with anything you eat or drink, dosage can turn any food into a drug or a poison. It's quite easy to overlook the fact that green tea (and therefore green tea supplements) is a stimulant, so you run the risk of getting carried away and taking more than is considered safe. Whatever variety of green tea extract you take, be sure to monitor your dosage and refrain from taking more than recommended. Some case reports of extremely high doses of green tea extract suggest that it may cause nausea and discomfort. Always take supplements in reasonable quantities and listen to your body.

But remember that at the same time, you must take a sufficient dose of green tea on a regular basis to achieve significant benefits.

Read carefully what you are taking

The biological value of green tea extract is primarily determined by its high content of monomeric or more complex condensed catechin compounds, the most potent of which is epigallocatechin gallate (ECGC). In reality, any ingredient called "green tea extract" can range from significant amounts of ECGC to regular tea leaves in capsule form. Most green tea extract supplements are approximately 50 percent ECGC, but there is no standardized composition of the extract unless specified by the manufacturing company. Most green tea extract supplements also contain appetite suppressant ingredients.

When choosing green tea extract supplements, carefully read the label to see how many milligrams of catechins are contained in each tablet.

I was pleasantly surprised by the dietary supplement from Evalar Green tea extract. In general, I prefer black tea, and even more coffee, although this is not very good. I force myself to drink green tea more, because it’s healthy. And here’s a surprise: all the benefits of green tea (and more!) fit into one tablet :). It has long been known how important vitamin C is for our body. - three tablets of this extract per day and you have taken your daily dose. Hooray! In life, I’m already vigorous, so I can’t talk about the tonic properties, BUT the weight is gradually coming off. :)

Advantages: reasonable price, invigorates, benefits

Disadvantages: produced according to the same

I have been concerned about the problem of losing weight for more than a year now, and Evalar drugs suited me, judging by my previous experience of use. And then one day I went to the Evalar pharmacy in Moscow, near the Oktyabrskaya metro station. Among other things, I bought green tea extract, having studied everything first. So, the manufacturer promises us: 1) Promotes weight loss by improving metabolism; 2) Has an invigorating effect, tones and gives strength. What do we actually have? I didn’t notice any weight loss after a week of use, although, to be fair, I’ll note that I take 1 tablet a day instead of the recommended three – that’s just the way it works. But there is definitely an invigorating effect - this is a worthy alternative to a cup of coffee. Moreover, there is much less harm, which is important. This is due to its decent composition - green tea extract and leaves, vitamin C, microcrystalline cellulose, aerosil, magnesium stearate. The advantage of the product is its reasonable price - 61 rubles for a pack of 40 tablets. And also that it is convenient to take - during meals. Personally, this is convenient for me. The downside is that it is produced according to specifications. I rate Evalar Green tea extract 4 points and recommend it as a tonic.

I respect Evalar, I buy and try something from time to time. Some things you like, some things you don’t like. But green tea is one of the important components in the process of losing weight. I love green tea, but sometimes I don’t feel like brewing it, sometimes it’s simply impossible, but tablets are always at hand. In general, I bought it and tried it. I don’t know about anyone, but I liked it. I always lacked vigor, I tried drinking green coffee, the result was here, and I liked the result, it increases tone, and in connection with this, activity increases and, as a result, weight goes off. Slowly but constantly. I don’t take pills all the time, but about 5-7 pills a week, maybe that’s why the weight comes off slowly. But I prefer to lose weight in more effective ways, diet, but here is an interesting method, and this is generally a super diet. Before any weight loss, read

The dosage is small for fat burning

The tonic effect also comes with only five tablets, and they are difficult to eat, they are terribly bitter.

For example, I can’t stand green tea – it’s some kind of tasteless liquid. But I know that this tea is very useful for those who want to lose weight or suffer from metabolic disorders. At the pharmacy I found green tea extract in tablets (manufacturer Evalar). For me, just a great alternative to regular green tea. Another plus is that when an extract is made, all the most beneficial properties remain in it. But with regular tea, you don’t know whether you brewed it correctly or whether it’s the right tea. There are so many varieties of them!

I like it

I take it in combination with omega 3 and CoQ10. I haven’t been checked by doctors, but I have become more cheerful. Improved complexion. All skin rashes are gone.

I liked Evalar Tea Appetite Control, but I wanted to somehow speed up the process of losing weight. And so I decided to try “Green tea extract”. It immediately becomes clear that this is more than just tea, because the extract. In addition, the effect of the drug is enhanced by vitamin C. And what is in the capsules is also very well thought out; it would hardly be pleasant to drink such a concentrated drink, especially if someone does not like green tea in general. In general, the weight has already dropped a little. And then I came across information that this product copes well with cellulite, so I continue to monitor it.

I want to say that I started using this drug in tablet form because of its simple composition, which should probably be written in the description. But I’ll get ahead of myself and say that in addition to the extract and tea leaf, I took other components separately. This is microcrystalline cellulose, which Evalar also produces separately. I bought it three times. This is vitamin C, which I still take from time to time, especially during periods of exacerbation of seasonal illnesses. I also bought magnesium stearate separately, but its effect, however, turned out to be unnoticed by me. Of course, a complex drug is better and more convenient. One package of these pills helped me lose 7 kilograms of weight (you could say 10% of my weight). The second pack did not give such an effect. And I got to the desired 54 kg in “other ways”, more expensive and difficult for myself, but I will not reveal these secrets now. A good feature of this extract is also that weight does not return, with moderate, of course, food consumption and physical activity. But losing weight is losing weight, and health comes first. Thank you for your attention!

I’ll start from the beginning, since over the winter I’ve eaten up my sides, and my war with extra pounds has begun... And quite successfully, but since we are all girls, we want everything at once. Everything went well and gastrointestinal problems didn’t quite start, as I severely limited myself in food. The result on the face of the skin began to look not so good. I read a lot of reviews about green tea extract, and decided that it couldn’t get any worse. And you know, I didn’t regret it, I took it for a month and the changes pleased me because my facial skin became fresher and without any rashes and the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract improved. I am very pleased with the result, I recommend it.

Good afternoon everyone! I want to share with you my impression of Evalar green tea. I tried a lot of varieties of tea, from black to all sorts of green herbs with the addition of flowers) One fine day, while buying medicine at the pharmacy, I saw this tea. After asking the pharmacist about its properties, I decided to try it, especially since the price was only 240 rubles per pack! I tried it for the first time instead of morning coffee. It tastes like nothing at all! And it's sugar-free! In general, I drank it for about a month, a month and a half... Girls, the result is amazing! Tea is very invigorating, no coffee is needed, my stomach has tightened and what’s more, I’ve lost weight) I didn’t expect such an effect at all) I became more collected, these annoying small pimples on my face almost disappeared, my skin became somehow toned or something. In general, the effect is bomb) I will continue to drink it and I advise you, girls)

At one time, “Green tea” helped me a lot. When I started training more or less seriously after giving birth to regain my figure, I did not take any supplements to enhance the effect of fitness, and as a result, I “stuck” at the same level. The weight just stood there. And then I read about the dietary supplement “Green Tea Extract” Evalar , read about its action and decided to buy it for trial. The point was that green tea contains caffeine, which enhances metabolism, invigorates, and generally improves mood, and as a result helps to burn calories faster. In addition, green tea is also a natural diuretic. I remember that I didn’t notice the first results right away, about after I had already used half the package. By the way, it was different then, but the composition was the same. And one package costs about 100 rubles.

The most positive thing about its effect was that it really helped to cheer up, gave strength and energy, and did not cause insomnia at night. And it didn’t make me get used to Tati either. In the end, I still achieved positive results and returned my figure to its previous state. What can I say about the supplement itself. As indicated, it contains green tea extract, green tea leaves, vitamin C. Since 2 tablets contain 30% of caffeine per day, I would not recommend it to those with heart problems or high blood pressure. It's better to ask a doctor. But since my “Working” pressure is a little low, it’s just right for me. The tablets taste like strong, strong green tea, even slightly bitter. The color is similar to dry green tea. Another advantage of this drug for me personally is that it contains the benefits of green tea, which, no matter how hard I tried, I could not get used to drinking; for me it is bitter. And so I took the pill and that’s it. But sometimes I prepare a drink from green tea, which has a similar effect to the drug. You just need to brew green tea, do not sugar it. Then take clean water and put a little sugar in it and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. And add a little grated ginger to green tea. Then pour the tea into water with sugar. It turns out to be a super effect, invigorating and refreshing, and ginger helps burn fat. Now I continue to train, but take L-carnitine. But since it is not recommended to drink it all the time, I periodically return to tea.

Usually I am wary of diet pills, fearing any chemicals.

But I purchased green tea extract from Evalar, since I didn’t notice anything bad in the composition (green tea with vitamin C)

I can say with confidence that the drug has an effect. Indeed, the extra pounds will go away faster with it. But in combination with diet and fitness, of course (they haven’t yet come up with pills that can make you lose weight without doing anything, without harm to your health at least). The effect is explained simply - green tea is known for its ability to speed up metabolism.

It is convenient to take - one tablet with meals.

Only personally, I noticed one delicate side effect - decreased libido. Perhaps it is caffeine that affects my body, but nevertheless it is a fact..

The effect will be from both. It is largely determined by dosage.

Green tea extract has several benefits:

  • Convenience . In order to obtain the amount of catechins effective for weight loss, according to scientific research, you need to drink about 10 cups of green tea per day (depending on how you brew it) or... take one tablet of green tea extract.
  • Cafein free . 10 cups a day of green tea contains a fairly high dose of caffeine. Yes, this is another fat burner that can enhance the weight loss effect, but at the same time there is a risk of side effects. Green tea extract is almost completely caffeine free (99.6%).
