— We have guys in the project who got married just a year ago, but during this time they gained more than 20 kg! - says presenter Anita Tsoi. “I tell them: “What did you have to do for 365 days to get so much better?” They can’t answer... According to the conditions of the show, couples must lose weight to their wedding size within a few weeks. Nutritionist Ksenia Selezneva and fitness trainer Eduard Kanevsky will help them with this.
“I really like the reality show format,” says Anita. — It has live communication and emotions. We didn’t have any script, everything was filmed spontaneously. For example, my acquaintance with the participants took place right on camera. I was only given a small “dossier” in advance - how many years the characters have been married, what their weight is, their occupation, education... I noticed that both wives and husbands are equally relaxed in marriage. When women get married, they try to become good housewives and begin to cook intensively. And men happily absorb it all.
