The high effectiveness of the diet is achieved due to the low carbohydrate content in the diet. The absence of salt allows you to remove excess fluid from the body. Refreshing diet drink
Everything is extremely simple. You need to wash, scald with boiling water and cut two large oranges and two lemons into thin slices. Throw a handful of fresh mint leaves into the bottom of a large jug, crush them a little with a wooden masher, place the chopped fruit on top and fill everything with a liter of drinking water. Ideally, spring water, but you can also use boiled water. Wait 15 minutes and the drink is ready. The first glass should be drunk soon after waking up, and the rest during the day between meals or instead of snacks.
Ginger tea with citrus juice
Grate a piece of fresh ginger root 3–4 cm long on a fine grater. Place in a teapot along with mint leaves, pour boiling water over it and leave covered for 20–30 minutes. Then strain the infusion, add freshly squeezed juice of one lemon and one orange, flavor the tart taste of tea with 1 tsp. honey and you can taste your weight loss drink.
It is better to drink tea with ginger 1-1.5 after a meal, in the morning: in the evening it can do a bad job by disturbing your sleep. You should consume no more than 1.5 liters of ginger-orange drink per day, and people with weak stomachs should drink half as much.
