    Nutrition alone will not be enough for us, so we take comfortable sneakers, training clothes and go to the gym.

    To ensure that the process does not seem tedious and monotonous to you, divide your workout into several parts.

    For example, we start with a 10-minute warm-up on the treadmill. We just go, changing the speed and angle of inclination. At this stage, we need to increase the pulse to working.

    Next, we switch to the ellipsoid and practice on it for about 20 minutes. We choose modes depending on your level of training. For beginners, a monotonous approach of low complexity is suitable. Advanced cardio users will enjoy interval training more.

    After the ellipsoid we add a bicycle. Here you can choose depending on your health. For example, people with bad knees may prefer a horizontal position rather than a vertical body position. Do not forget that the seat height should be such that your knee does not fully extend, otherwise injuries and excessive stress on the joints may occur. We work out for 20 minutes and go back to the treadmill.

    Here we end our workout with a 10-minute walk or light jog to “calm down” our heart rate.

    This is just a cardio workout option. You can independently choose which simulator and which program suits you best. Many people run on a treadmill for an hour, while others use an ellipsoid for this.

    As a person with bad knees, I prefer a bicycle as it is safer for them.
