For 2 servings we will need:
- 1 ripe banana;
- 2/3 cup berries;
- 2 orange slices;
- sugar substitute to taste.
Calorie content: 65 kcal.
Place the banana in the freezer for 5 minutes. It should turn black. Peel the skin and cut into pieces. Wash the berries and remove leaves, twigs and seeds, if any. Place it all in a blender and blend until smooth. To make diet popsicles, take 2 plastic cups and pour the mixture into them. If you want to make popsicles, you can cover the contents of the cups with an orange circle. Insert a wooden or plastic stick in the center.

For 1 serving we will need:
- 100 g natural yogurt;
- 80-90 g of berries or fruits;
- 2 tsp. honey (better than flower);

Who came up with the word?
The word "sherbet" comes from the Arabic word sharab, meaning a sweetened fruit drink. The Moors brought both the word and the drink to Europe about 1000 years ago, and in English it became syrup, in French sirop, and later in Russian - syrup.
