Ingredients:

  • liver – 0.8 kg;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • carrots – 4 pcs.;
  • mushrooms – 300 g;
  • butter – 100 g;
  • low-fat cream – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Peel the onions and carrots and cut them into medium cubes.
