  • chicken liver, 1 kg;
  • onion (large head), 1 pc.;
  • garlic, 3 cloves;
  • greens (parsley, dill), to taste;
  • black pepper (peas), 5 peas;

Place the liver in a saucepan and add water, but in such a way that the latter does not “stand” over the product. As a rule, this takes from 1 to 3 glasses of liquid. The pate may not work out the first time, but given the mistakes of previous attempts, you will definitely get used to this recipe.

  • skim milk 270 ml;
  • corn starch 1 tablespoon;

  1. Raw liver and onions are passed through a meat grinder. Starch and salt are thoroughly dissolved in milk, then poured into the liver mass and mixed, sending it to a ceramic pot. By the way, for this amount of food you will need a pot of about 0.5 liters in volume.
  2. Mushrooms, cut into not very small cubes, are fried until the liquid has completely evaporated and added to the liver mixture.
  3. Mix the chicken liver pate carefully without using a blender. Place the pot of appetizer in the oven (150 degrees) for 40 minutes.

Diet principles

The French nutritionist's nutritional system involves high consumption of proteins and a reduction in the amount of fats and carbohydrates consumed. Also a prerequisite is the inclusion of oat bran in the diet.

The diet itself is divided into four stages:

  1. Attack.
  2. Alternation.
  3. Consolidation.
  4. Stabilization.

The duration of each stage is calculated individually:

  2. The Alternation stage

  3. The Consolidation or Consolidation phase
    allows you to stabilize the result achieved during the first two stages. For every kilogram lost, there are 10 days of the Consolidation phase. This is the longest and easiest period.
  4. The Stabilization stage
    implies not a diet, but a lifestyle after losing weight. This is a set of simple rules that you will have to follow throughout your life to avoid weight gain again.
