Healthy waffles: both for health and for recycling leftovers
In my refrigerator, I always have yogurt from my afternoon snack and porridge from breakfast left unfinished by my child. My mother-in-law honestly stores these leftovers in separate dishes, so by the end of the week my refrigerator turns into a warehouse for leftovers in small dishes. Mixed everything, let it stand for a while and baked in a waffle iron on buttermilk mode (it cooks a medium-roasted waffle for about 5 min). Don't be alarmed by the brown color - it comes from flaxseed meal. Despite the rather gloomy composition, the taste turned out to be very subtle and pleasant. I was especially pleased with the strawberry aroma. I just served it with sour cream and they were gone in a second.
