I wanted to show you a cross-sectional photo, but it turns out I didn’t upload it to the site, but deleted it from my phone. Original recipe: I didn’t make the cream on top, I usually ate it just pouring yogurt on top. I already gave the second recipe, but I’ll repeat it. The advantage of it is that it is cooked in a frying pan and there is no need to run the oven.


And today I baked waffles. I love them very much, and then I came across the pp recipe. They are like seeds, it’s like I took one and devoured ten))))

The only downside is that they don't turn out as crispy as I would like. If you hold it a little longer, it’s immediately crispy, but after a while it looks more like pancakes from a waffle iron.

  • You shouldn’t rush to fill the waffles with the filling, because you should let the blanks cool a little.
