But the apples are already much more noticeable. A lot of them. They are sour and slightly enliven this bland dish.

At first I was afraid to even drink this tea because of its ambiguous composition. I was afraid of senna leaves (a powerful herbal laxative). However, there was no negative reaction in the form of diarrhea after drinking this drink. This means that even if you are an office worker, you can easily consume this tea for breakfast.

The taste of the tea is most similar to brewed senna (if anyone has ever drank it, then, for sure, they can easily imagine the specific aroma of this herb). The remaining ingredients of the drink are lost in the overall composition, so it is more difficult to distinguish them.

When brewed, the buckwheat porridge turned out to be quite crumbly and even similar to the side dish everyone is used to, if not for one “but”. She's absolutely fresh. In order to prepare this jelly, I had to work hard, since it does not dissolve well in water. And even with intensive stirring, some of the starch stuck tightly to the spoon. True, in the end I managed to avoid lumps.

The jelly turns out tasty, but in my opinion, a little oversweetened. I am a big fan of desserts, but I would put half as much sugar in this product. The taste is most similar to dried apple compote.

The finished drink was not too thick to drink hot; perhaps it would have had a denser structure if cold. The jelly is not uniform in consistency; small grains of unknown origin float in it, perhaps these are particles of dried vegetables, fruits or herbs. And sediment forms at the bottom of the mug, which is not very pleasant.

It is not uniform in consistency; there are pieces of apricot, although there are very few of them. It smells nice - it's the smell of peach yogurt. Of course, I liked it more than the bland “Apple and Beetroot”.

I liked this jelly less than the other two. Most of all it reminded me of just sweet water with starch diluted in it. At times it seemed to me that there was a slight sour aftertaste, but it was very weakly expressed. The product dissolved well, but again not completely. There were small particles of supposedly fruit floating in the drink, which I didn’t like to swallow. Well, again it contains a natural diuretic (lingonberry leaf).

Instead of delicious hot chocolate, I ended up with poorly prepared cocoa. It was not possible to achieve a uniform consistency. I stirred intensively for about five minutes, but there were still lumps. And in general, the cocoa powder did not dissolve in the water, but floated in the form of a suspension, which made it seem like I had sand on my teeth. The portion turned out to be small (176 grams) and tasteless.

I received this coffee as a gift (as it was written on the package); it is not included in the main menu “Cleansing the body”. But, if desired, you can have them for breakfast on one of the protein-vegetable days of the program. Which is what I did.

The coffee portion turned out to be very modest (114 g) and sweet. The powder dissolved in water almost instantly, no lumps formed. When stirred, an imitation of milk foam, characteristic of cappuccino, appeared. The spices in the drink were good, especially ginger and cinnamon, but I didn’t feel the coffee itself at all. My breakfast was neither aroma nor taste like the usual cappuccino.

I was very disappointed with the composition of the coffee. At the top of the ingredient list are vegetable cream and sugar. Well, firstly, they could splurge on regular milk powder - it means less fat and more benefits. And secondly, add a substitute instead of sugar, because the drink should promote weight loss. In short, if you calculate the calorie content of my usual coffee (with 3.5% milk and a teaspoon of sugar), then a 300 ml serving will cost 62 kcal, and the “Fat Burning Complex” cappuccino, with the weight of the finished drink being 114 g, charges as much as 69 kcal It's a shame!

During the first five days, you need to eat “Lose Weight in a Week” packets and additionally eat fruits, meat (fish) and dairy products according to what was developed by the company. And at the stage of the protein-vegetable diet, you can cook it yourself, although if you wish, you will be allowed to replace some of the dishes with products (you need to buy them separately). Plus, during the last 2 days of the diet, you need to drink the MegaSlim vitamin and mineral complex (not included in the “chest”), which I ignored. The fact is that my doctor had already prescribed me multivitamins and a calcium supplement, so in order to avoid an overdose, I did not swallow anything other than what was prescribed.

It would also be useful to write that this program has contraindications, primarily associated with gastrointestinal diseases, which you should learn more about before purchasing the complex. And this “chest” is designed for people over 18 years of age with a body mass index of more than 25 kg/m2.

To do this, you need to slowly drink half a liter of mineral sulfate water, lie on your right side, put a heating pad in the hypochondrium and rest for 1 hour. I must say that this tubing technique seemed to me the most gentle compared to other methods described on the Internet. Sometimes people drink a glass of oil, cholagogues, and additionally do breathing exercises to cleanse the liver.

I found the mineral water I needed very quickly; it turned out that in my city it was all sulfate. Even on the eve of the fourth day of the diet, I poured it into a mug and left it on the table to remove gas. And in the morning I heated it in the microwave so it was warm and drank it. I didn’t have a heating pad, so I just lay down on my right side. However, they didn’t let me stay off the couch for an hour. I had to pay attention to my daughter a couple of times. I did not feel any discomfort after the procedure. My liver was probably normal.

By the way, the fourth day of the diet is very low in calories, so for dinner I additionally prepared myself soup from the permitted vegetables and ate it with pleasure. Fortunately, the creators of the system provided additional nutrition in case of an acute attack of hunger.

The next morning after finishing the diet, my weight was 85.2 kg. This means that in a week I lost 3.2 kg. In my opinion, the result is more than predictable, since throughout the diet I ate no more than 1100 kcal, and even used laxatives and/or diuretics up to four times a day (they are contained in Pohudin tea, all jelly and fruit bars). To be honest, if I had known the ingredients of the drinks before purchasing the “suitcase,” I would hardly have done it, because I am sure that the human body itself is capable of removing unnecessary substances, you just don’t need to interfere with it. I would be more happy if the dishes in this “chest” contained only an increased portion of fiber instead of senna, but, alas, this is not the case. Therefore, you will still have to go to the toilet during the “Cleanse the Body” program (at least you won’t have to run).

I liked the main dishes of the “suitcase”. They are really fast and tasty. There is nothing criminal in the compositions. Only the menu is quite monotonous, but this is the problem with many diets. But eating up to 6 times a day was a little annoying, sometimes it seemed to me that I was eating more often than my ten-month-old daughter. For a working person, this will not always be convenient, since not everyone can afford lunch, dinner and afternoon tea in the office, because everyone’s boss and job responsibilities are different. Plus, many people know that there are many theories of proper nutrition: some nutritionists say that it is ideal to eat 5-6 times a day, others - 2-3, others recommend eating every other day...
