Drink this infusion immediately after waking up and thirty minutes before bedtime and you will immediately feel an improvement in your well-being: constipation, heartburn, increased fatigue and headaches will gradually leave you.
You can try the honey water diet:
- Breakfast: 200 g of cottage cheese and some fruit.
- Snack: Satisfy your hunger with the same fruit.
- Lunch: salad of grated or boiled carrots or other vegetables.
- Dinner: a glass of low-fat kefir or yogurt and a piece of fruit.

Lemon-honey

When finished, rinse the mixture with warm water and lubricate the skin with a soothing cream. Repeat the procedure 15 times with breaks of 3-4 days.
Despite all the pleasantness and positive effect of honey wrap, unfortunately, it has contraindications:
- During pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- If you are allergic to honey or other bee products.
- With high blood pressure.
- For cardiovascular diseases.
- For skin diseases, including the presence of various neoplasms and fungal infections.

Honey self-massage
Helps fight stretch marks and cellulite, improves skin color, makes it soft and smooth. The main task of honey massage is to warm up the surface of the body, as a result of which blood in problem areas will begin to circulate with redoubled force, and fat and salt deposits will dissolve.

The product is used in folk medicine: it relieves fatigue, restores strength, is an antiseptic, was used in the treatment of wounds, abscesses and inflammations, it is recommended for a number of internal diseases, however, excessive consumption can cause allergies.
