After boiling, cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Infuse under a closed lid for half an hour. You can drink it warm or cold. The easiest way. 10 rose hips are thrown into a thermos. Pour boiling water over and close the lid. The fat-burning drink is infused for 12 hours. Usually prepared in the evening, drunk in the morning on an empty stomach. Drink 150 ml of decoction at a time. To make the broth richer, add crushed berries to the thermos.

In addition to decoction and tinctures, when losing weight, drink tea with rose hips. Brew green tea. Throw in 2 berries, cover with a lid. After 5 minutes, pour into a cup, add honey or a spoonful of sugar.

  • With ginger

To prepare a tasty, healthy, dietary drink you will need:

  1. Rose hips - a handful;
  2. Ginger root – 8 cm;
  3. Water – 1.5 l;
  4. Honey - to taste.

Cut the ginger root into several pieces or grind it using a coffee grinder. Pour boiling water over the ingredients and leave for 15 minutes. Strain, add honey. If the drink is prepared in a thermos, the berries and ginger root are placed in clean gauze, tied in a knot, and placed inside. In the morning, take out the gauze and add honey to taste. The finished drink has a rich amber color.

  • Rose hip soup

Soak dried or frozen rose hips in water for a couple of hours. If fresh fruits are used, this point is missed. Boil the berries until tender until they become soft. Beat with a blender and pass through a sieve. Pour in a small amount of water and boil. Boil for 5 minutes, add honey to taste and spices. The dish is consumed as a dessert in the morning and evening.

  • Hibiscus with rose hips

You will need 2 g of hibiscus, 10 g of rose hips, 200 ml of water, 1 spoon of honey. Chopped rose hips and hibiscus flowers are thrown into the teapot and poured with boiling water. Cover with a lid and leave to steep for 10 minutes. Add honey. Drink warm.

  • Vitamin drink

Tea with rosehip and lemon is easy and quick to prepare. The berries are poured with water and boiled for 15 minutes. Pass the drink through a sieve and add lemon juice. Add 1 spoon of honey. Pour into a cup. You can add a slice of lemon along with the peel. This drink dissolves fats, burns calories, tones, refreshes, adds energy, starts the metabolic process, and strengthens the immune system.

Baths

Add 1 liter of rosehip petal infusion to one bath of water at a comfortable temperature. You can increase the concentration as you wish, since this option for using rose water has no contraindications. The duration of the procedure is also not limited, but must be at least 30 minutes.

In addition, the infusion of the petals can be used in its pure form for regular application to the skin as a toner, applications or masks.
