Recipe:

- Mix the pumpkin mass with kefir, baking powder, add sugar and semolina, add lemon zest.
- Transfer the resulting dough into a cake pan and place in the oven.
- To prevent the baked goods from turning out too dry, we use syrup.
- In a container, mix lemon juice with sugar and water.
- After removing the pumpkin pie from the oven, pour the syrup over it and leave it to soak.
Jellied pie with cabbage
Preparing a diet jellied pie for dinner does not take much time.
Ingredients:
- 0.4 kg shredded cabbage;
- 450 g low-fat kefir;
- a pinch of salt;
- carrots – 2-3 pcs.;
- 320 g oat or whole grain flour.
Recipe:
- For the filling, simmer 0.4 kg of shredded cabbage with some carrots grated on a coarse grater, add salt at the end of cooking;
- In a separate bowl, mix 450 g of low-fat kefir with a pinch of soda and salt. Now add 320 g of oatmeal or whole grain flour to the liquid component.

- thyme, parsley, ground black pepper, salt.
Recipe:
- Cut the eggplant into thin slices and sprinkle with salt to remove the bitterness.
- Prepare the sauce for spreading the vegetable layers: mix yogurt with ground pepper, thyme and garlic gruel.
- Grease the mold with butter and begin to form the cake. Place eggplant slices on the bottom, then brush with sauce.
- Next, lay out the chopped carrots and zucchini slices. The potato mugs are placed last.
- We coat each layer in turn with the sauce.
- Wrap the shape with foil on top and place in the oven for 45 minutes at 200C.

- Knead the dough thoroughly and transfer it to a warm place for half an hour.
Dietary “recessed” dough:
- For pies, prepare a special dough consisting of yeast according to the instructions, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. milk, 400 g whole grain flour, a pinch of sugar and salt.
- To get truly healthy baked goods, replace eggs and sugar with water and baking powder.

Ingredients:
- oat flakes “Hercules” - 2 cups;
- sugar - half a glass;
- flour and kefir - 1 glass each;
- eggs – 3 pcs.;
- soft butter – 100 g;
- soda - half a teaspoon;
- salt and vanillin - to taste.
How to cook oatmeal pie in a slow cooker:
- First, beat the sugar and eggs with a mixer until the sugar grains dissolve. The mass needs to be fluffy and homogeneous.
