  2. A ripe soft avocado fruit, peeled and pitted, should be placed in a blender bowl, add pieces of peeled banana, cocoa powder, honey or prepared dates, ground spices and beat everything until a light homogeneous mass.
  3. Then you can add cream cheese to the mixture and mix again.
