  • Chicken breast – 450 g.
  • Broccoli – 12 inflorescences.
  • Carrots – 75 g.
  • Green onions – 1 bunch.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Cheese – 45 g.
  • Apple juice – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Low-fat sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Dried basil.
  • Black pepper.
  • Curry.
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. Boil twelve small broccoli florets until half cooked.
  2. Grind two chicken breasts into minced meat using a meat grinder or blender.
  3. Grate one small carrot on a coarse grater. Finely chop a small bunch of green onions.
  4. Beat the egg into the bowl with the minced meat and mix. Now add grated carrots, green onions, sour cream, and spices. Mix the mixture thoroughly, first with a spoon and then with your hands. Gradually add natural apple juice - it will give the products a pleasant sourness. The finished mixture should be liquid enough to make the muffins more fluffy.
  5. Fill the muffin tins 2/3 full with the resulting mixture, because the mixture will increase slightly in volume when cooked. Place broccoli florets inside each ramekin.
  6. Place the molds on a baking sheet. For softness, grease the surface of the products with the remaining sour cream. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. 10 minutes before they are ready, remove them from the oven and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Ingredients:

  • Minced chicken – 500 g.
  • Champignons (small) – 110 g.
  • Quail eggs – 2 pcs.
  • A bunch of green onions.
  • Mozzarella cheese – 60 g.
  • Sunflower oil.
  • Pepper mixture.
  • Italian herbs.
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. In a mixing container, combine minced meat, chopped onion, Italian herbs, freshly ground pepper, and salt. Beat in the quail eggs and mix everything thoroughly.

  2. Sift flour into a container for kneading dough, add baking powder and salt. Set aside. For liquid ingredients, combine eggs, room temperature milk, and odorless vegetable oil in a cup. Mix everything with a whisk for a few seconds. Next, combine the liquid ingredients with the dry ones. Whisk the dough until smooth.
  3. Grease the muffin tin with a brush with vegetable oil. Place one tablespoon of dough into each cell of the mold. Place the meat filling on top of the dough. Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 200 g.
  • Flour – ½ cup.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Kefir 2.5% – 200 ml.
  • Mayonnaise 67% – 2 tbsp. l.
  • A bunch of parsley.
  • Sesame.
  • Salt – ½ tsp.

Preparation:

  1. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water for 8–10 minutes. There is no need to bring it to full readiness, since we will bake everything later. Next, cut the poultry meat into medium-sized cubes.
  2. Prepare the dough: place eggs, salt in a deep bowl and beat with a fork. Then add kefir, mayonnaise, mix until smooth. Add flour and knead the dough. The finished dough should be quite liquid, similar to pancakes.
  3. Now add chopped chicken fillet and parsley to the dough. We also grate the cheese here using a fine grater. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Place the finished dough into molds. If the mold is silicone, you do not need to lubricate it, but if it is ordinary, you need to lubricate it with a small amount of odorless vegetable oil.

  4. Add onion, 6 minutes. sauteed.
  5. Mushrooms are introduced. Continue sautéing until the liquid has completely evaporated. It is important not to overdry the mixture.
  6. The fillets are divided across the grain line. The result is thin, even slices.
  7. They are distributed on the bottom and sides of the molds in 1 overlapping layer. This is the base, which is then filled with filling. The molds should be pre-coated with oil.
