We take:

  • Wings.
  • Flour.
  • Baking powder.
  • Olive (sunflower) oil.
  • Salt.

Rinse the wings and cut into three pieces. Place the ends into the soup, and dry the two remaining parts thoroughly with a paper towel.

Italians also love to cook wings, doing it very simply, but in their own way, with cheese.

Compound:

  • Wings – 2 kg.
  • Garlic – 4 cloves.
  • Parmesan – 40 gr.
  • Chili pepper, coarsely ground – ¼ small spoon.
  • Parsley – 5 sprigs.
  • Pepper, salt.
  • Sunflower oil – 2 tablespoons.

Preparation:

  1. Divide the wings into pieces, cutting along the phalanx. Set the ends aside and then add them to the soup.
  2. Place the rest of the meat in a container, pepper and add salt. Pour in the oil and some of the crushed garlic.
  3. Mix the contents with your hands, transfer to a baking sheet, lined with foil.
  4. Cook at 200 o C for 40-45 minutes.

We take:

  2. Mix well and add the wings to it. Keep on the table for 2-3 hours.
  3. Peel the potatoes. Cut into slices. Potatoes can also be sent to the chicken. But it is permissible not to do this, since they will meet in the sleeve.

  • Hot sauce - 1/3 cup.
  • Olive oil – 2 large spoons.
  • Garlic salt – 2 teaspoons.

For the sauce:

  • Sour cream – 3 tablespoons.

  1. Mix olive oil with pepper and garlic salt in a bowl.
