Products:

  • 1 cup small oatmeal;
  • three quarters of a glass of oatmeal;
  • a quarter cup of wheat flour;
  • 3 tablespoons fructose;
  • 1 teaspoon of ready-made baking powder;
  • 90 gr. butter;
  • 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon and vanilla sugar;
  • 2 large apples;
  • 1 large pear.

Grate the fruit (choose sweet varieties). The sweeter the fruit, the less fructose (honey) you can add. In a bowl, mix plain and oat flour, add flakes, baking powder and fructose.

Advice! If there are no contraindications, then fructose in this recipe can be replaced with the same amount of liquid honey or brown sugar.

We cover the mold with baking paper and pour in 1-2 handfuls of dry mass so that a layer approximately 0.7 cm high is formed. We level the layer, but do not compact it. Place some of the grated fruit on top without squeezing the juice. We alternate layers (dry mass - grated fruit) until the ingredients run out. The last one should be the dry mass.   • 3 apples;

Grate the peeled pumpkin on a fine grater. Add kefir and beaten eggs to the grated pumpkin. Add sugar to taste (about half a glass), baking powder and flour. Add flour in parts until you obtain a viscous dough, as for baking pancakes. The amount of flour may not coincide with that indicated in the list of products; it will depend on the juiciness of the pumpkin and the size of the eggs.

Grate the apples on a coarse grater or cut them into small cubes. Add sugar or honey to the fruit to taste (you don’t have to sweeten the fruit if it’s sweet on its own).

Pour part of the dough (about two-thirds) into the mold, then spread the apple filling in an even layer. Cover with the remaining dough. Bake at a low temperature of 150-160 degrees for 30-50 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pie.
