For serving: 200 g smoked salted salmon or trout

What to do: Place cottage cheese in a bowl, add eggs, cheese, pepper, salt, zest and 2/3 flour. Knead the dough with your hands. If the cottage cheese is very wet, then get by with one egg and add a tablespoon of flour.

Sprinkle the dish with flour. Make cheesecakes with your hands one after another and roll in flour. The cheesecakes can be any size; I make them about 12 cm in diameter.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Advice! If you don’t have rice flour at home, you can replace this ingredient with oatmeal, which needs to be ground in a coffee grinder.

How to cook:

1. Place the cottage cheese in a deep bowl, break the egg and add flour. Pour all the sugar there.

2. Next, mix and mash the products (you can use your hands; it is also convenient to use a fork or masher). The mass should become soft, homogeneous and easy to mold.

How to cook

Soak the raisins in water for 15 minutes. Then drain the water and place the raisins on a paper towel to drain the remaining water.

  • Mash the cottage cheese, egg, sweetener and vanilla with a fork. I don't use a blender. But I would like to draw your attention to the fact that my cottage cheese is very high quality and tender. Add flour and mix everything until smooth. Add raisins to the resulting mass.
  • I love small cheesecakes. I roll a sausage out of a ball of dough, press it on both sides between my palms and form beautiful pucks) I don’t roll it in anything, I fry it in a non-stick frying pan, well preheated, on both sides under a lid. But if you’re planning to fry it in oil -I recommend using coconut (or any other, although the calorie content will increase).
