  1. Grind all ingredients with a fork until smooth.

Advice! If the flatbreads still stick to the pan, it is permissible to lightly grease it with sunflower oil. For convenience, use a silicone brush: this way the fat is distributed as much as possible over the surface and used in a minimum amount. There is a spray oil on sale that creates a thin film of fat, preventing food from burning.

Cottage cheese pancakes with Dukan bran

It is not for nothing that oat bran is the basis of many weight loss methods, including the Dukan diet. This product cleanses and heals the digestive system and the entire body. It also perfectly replaces flour, acting as a thickener.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese 0% – 350 g;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • bran – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • low-fat yogurt – 50 ml;
  • baking powder – ½ tsp;
  • crystallized vanillin - on the tip of a knife;
  • sweetener – 5 tablets;
  • salt – ¼ tsp.

Preparation:

  1. Place the prepared products in a convenient container and mix thoroughly. Pre-crush the sweetener tablets. The amount of kefir is adjusted depending on whether the mass is thick or liquid.
  2. Place the finished dough in small flat pieces on a hot non-stick frying pan and fry over moderate heat on both sides until cooked.

To diversify your diet, you can prepare savory cottage cheese cakes with the addition of dill or parsley.

Despite the fact that at the attack stage the diet is quite strict, it’s not scary to allow yourself a handful of greens once, given that they contain a minimal amount of calories.

You will need:

  • cottage cheese 0% – 120 g;
  • chicken egg – 1 pc.;
  • bran – 20 g;
  • kefir 0% fat – 30 ml;
  • chopped dill – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • salt – 3 g.

Preparation:

  1. Using a fork, lightly mash the cottage cheese, leaving it a little grainy.
  2. Add egg and bran, add salt and mix well.
  3. Bring the mixture to the desired consistency by adding kefir. At the end, stir in the greens.

  • low-fat kefir – 50 ml;

  1. Beat the grainy cottage cheese in a blender until smooth.
  2. Beat the whites until their volume increases significantly.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients with the fermented milk product. If necessary, add a little low-fat yogurt.
  4. Gradually fold the whipped egg whites into the resulting mixture.
  5. You can bake in the oven until done or in a frying pan without adding oil.

Recipes for cottage cheese casseroles according to Dukan

Dukan cottage cheese dishes are prepared depending on the stage of the diet using various heat treatment options.

In the oven

Ingredients:

  • vanillin;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of corn starch;
  • skim milk - 1 glass;
  • 600 gr. cottage cheese;
  • 8 sweetener tablets;
  • 2 chicken eggs.

Preparation:

  1. Separate egg whites from yolks.
  2. Grind the yolks together with the cottage cheese.
  3. Add milk and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Beat the whites separately until they form a strong foam. Afterwards, combine them with the curd mass, mixing everything.
  6. Place the dough in a baking dish previously lined with special paper.
  7. Cook in the oven at 180°C for an hour.

In a slow cooker

Cottage cheese dishes according to Dukan attack are not prepared in a slow cooker. It is better to make the casserole during the “alternating” period. If desired, add a couple of tablespoons of bran. To distribute the sugar substitute evenly throughout the dough, the tablets should first be crushed.

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr. 0% cottage cheese;
  • 100 gr. 0% milk;
  • 5 eggs;
  • Add sweetener and coconut flakes to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Separate the whites.
  2. Mix the yolks with other ingredients using a blender.
  3. Beat the whites in a separate bowl until stiff. Add to the resulting mass.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes using the “Baking” mode.
