Option number 1 (in a frying pan)

-2 tbsp. l. oat bran, -1 tbsp wheat bran - 1 egg, - 2 tablespoons sour cream (low-fat), - 2 tbsp. cheese (with a slide) - salt, pepper, green onion and any spices to taste. - 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1. Beat the oat bran thoroughly with the egg (I beat everything with a fork).

2.Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add to the bran, then sour cream, salt, spices and baking powder.

3. The mass turns out to be thick, put it in a frying pan (I have a small one), put it on a small burner and over low heat, cover with a lid. Check for readiness and turn one side over to the other side. I only had 2 minutes on each side.

Very quick and tasty lavash, tastes like bread and cheese.

Note: - the author only has 2 tbsp. oat bran, I added 1 more tbsp. wheat so that the taste is more bready. — I added baking powder myself to make the cake thicker.
