Recipe 1: steamed cheesecakes stuffed with fruit
These are not cheesecakes, these are real cheesecake desserts! And since now is the season for fresh fruit, I make cheesecakes with fillings - plum, pear, nectarine, grapes - you choose. And when there is no fruit, you can add a piece of chocolate or a spoonful of nut butter - after all, everyone loves surprises!
- Cottage cheese – 300 g
- Chicken egg - 1 pc.
- Semolina - 3 tbsp. l.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
- Turmeric – 1 pinch
Mix cottage cheese with egg, semolina, sugar and a pinch of turmeric to give it a pleasant yellow color. While the semolina swells, let’s get to the fruit.
Wash the nectarines, cut them and remove the seeds. Today I have small nectarines, I cut them in half, and if they are large, then feel free to divide them into 4 parts.
Place fruit on part of the curd mass and cover with the second part. From the amount of cottage cheese I received, I made 6 cheesecakes.
In a multicooker, boil water or pour boiling water and place a wire rack.
Let's put some cheesecakes. Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes in the “Steaming” or “Baking” mode; if you do not have these programs, then the “Porridge” mode will do.
Sprinkle the cheesecakes with powdered sugar and garnish with mint, tarragon or lemon balm. If you cook without fruit filling, you can serve jam, sour cream, and honey with the cheesecakes.
Cheesecakes with nectarine, cooked in a saucepan
These are not simple cheesecakes, but with filling. Therefore, such cheesecakes, steamed in a pan, can be safely served as a dessert.
Required Products:
- Cottage cheese – 0.30 kg;
- nectarine – 2-3 pcs.;
- egg – 1 pc.;
- semolina – 3 tbsp. l.;
- sugar – 3 tbsp. l.;
- turmeric – 0.5 tsp.
Preparation:
Combine cottage cheese with sugar and mash well with a fork. Then beat in the egg, add semolina and turmeric. Stir everything well. Set aside for 15 minutes so that the semolina has time to swell.
Interesting to know! Turmeric will give the dough a nice yellow tint. If desired, you can omit it; it does not affect the taste of the dish in any way.
Rinse the nectarines. Cut and remove seeds. Their quantity depends on how large your fruits are and how thick the slices you put in the cheesecakes.
Delicious recipe! Curd pie with pears recipe with photo
Cut each half in half. If the nectarines are small, you can add a whole half.
When the dough has stood for a sufficient time, you need to take a small amount of dough and make a flat cake out of it. Place a piece of nectarine in it and place another flatbread on top. If necessary, seal the edges. From the specified amount of products, approximately 6 cheesecakes are obtained.
Pour 1/3 of the water into the pan. Place a plastic mesh on top for steaming. If there is none, you can use clean gauze and tie it around the pan. Place cheesecakes on it, cover with a lid and cook after boiling water for 30 minutes.
We prepare cheesecakes to your taste

Place the cheesecakes on top of the grill, cover the dish with a lid and simmer until fully cooked. A small nuance: the water must constantly boil.
You can cook dumplings in the same way.
Compound:
- 400 g sweet cheese;
- 8 tbsp. l. sifted flour;
- 2 eggs;
- 50 g butter.
Preparation:
- Let's take sweet cheeses. You can choose vanilla, raisin, chocolate, caramel. In general, no one limits your choice.
- Beat the eggs into a separate bowl.
- Add the cheeses and stir everything thoroughly.
- Now we send all the other ingredients there.
- Attention: add only 6 tbsp. l. flour, and we will need the rest for breading.
- We make cheesecakes and roll them in flour.

Cheesecakes in a multicooker Redmond
» Miscellaneous » Cheesecakes in a multicooker Redmond
Cheesecakes are a favorite delicacy not only for children, but also for adults. They are served both hot and cold. As a sauce you can offer sour cream, honey, jam, condensed milk and many other sweet ingredients; cheesecakes are even served with fruit.
Cooking cheesecakes in a Redmond multicooker is not difficult, the process is reminiscent of cooking in a frying pan, and kneading the dough is no different at all.
Mash the cottage cheese well with a fork; if it is too dry, it is better to use a sieve or pass it through a meat grinder. Next add salt and sugar. Taste it and, if desired, add a pinch of vanillin or cinnamon for flavor.
Break both eggs, add to the dough, stir well and add flour little by little. Make sure that the dough is not too tight; it should be soft and pliable.
Turn on the “baking” mode in the multicooker or you can stop at the “frying” mode. Pour in a few tablespoons of vegetable oil and wait for it to warm up well.
Next, there are two options for preparing cheesecakes.
You can roll out the dough into a thick rope and, after rolling it in flour, cut it into circles across. Sprinkle the resulting medallions with a little flour and send them to fry again.
The first method is suitable if the dough is a little liquid, and the second - if it turns out a little tight.
Fry the cheesecakes in a slow cooker for five minutes on each side. Please note that it is better to close the lid during the process; you need to turn everything over with a special spoon.
That's all, transfer the finished treat to a plate and serve with sweet sauce or syrup.
Recipe for delicious cheesecakes in a multicooker Redmond
Cheese pancakes in the Redmond slow cooker - a delicious and satisfying breakfast in half an hour. You can, of course, fry it the old fashioned way in a frying pan. But there are advantages to cooking using a multi-cooker method, thanks to which many housewives choose it.
The first advantage is that the curds do not burn thanks to the special coating of the multicooker bowl, even with a minimum amount of oil.
The second advantage is the ability to cook without a gas stove; the multicooker will fry cheesecakes in any quantity, without acrid burnt smoke and incredible heat from the stove. When you take a multicooker to the country house or a family vacation, you don’t need to look for an electric oven and frying pan.
Cottage cheese is prepared according to a variety of recipes. They are usually made by kneading a dough of cottage cheese, eggs and a small amount of flour. Add raisins, dried apricots, prunes and fried nuts, grated carrots, and pieces of fresh fruit to the dough. But even without any additions, the cheesecakes are very tasty. They are served with sour cream, berry sauce, fruit jam or honey.
Features of the dish
To make the cheesecakes tasty, you need to choose high-quality cottage cheese. It should not be very fatty (from 5 to 9%), with a pleasant, non-sour taste.
There should be no foreign smell other than the aroma of fresh cottage cheese.
If you bought a lot of cottage cheese and cannot use it in the next two days, put it in bags and place it in the freezer, and defrost it a few hours before cooking.
Eggs must also be fresh. How can you find out without breaking the shell? Very simple. Shake the egg near your ear; if it doesn’t make any sounds, it means it’s fresh. If you can hear something quietly rattling inside, it means there may be doubts about freshness. It is better not to break the eggs directly into the cottage cheese, but into a separate bowl, so that if they are stale, you do not spoil the dough.
There is no need to add too much flour to the dough. It should remain soft enough that you can easily form the cakes with your hands. In some recipes, the dough is prepared without flour at all, but the products must be breaded before frying.
Thanks to the breading of the curds in flour, they do not burn and turn out beautiful and evenly browned. Before kneading the dough, it is important to grind the cottage cheese well, getting rid of all lumps.
This can be done using a regular spoon, mixer or blender.
The cheesecakes, which are stuck together and rolled in flour, should be placed in hot oil when frying, so that they are not too oily after baking.
Vanillin may not be added to fresh cottage cheese. The aroma of toasted cheesecakes in itself is pleasant and does not need any additions.

Syrniki are sweet cakes made from cottage cheese. They are usually fried in a frying pan. By preparing cheesecakes in a slow cooker, you can reduce the amount of vegetable oil and make this dish less high in calories. In addition, the housewife does not have to worry that they will burn.
cheesecakes in a steamer recipe with photos
Curd pancakes (also called cheese pancakes or cottage cheese pancakes) are popular with both children and adults. The recipe for their preparation is completely simple and familiar to many housewives. Most of them fry them in oil in frying pans the old fashioned way. This method of preparing dessert is not suitable for people with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, as well as for those who care about their health, and it is not suitable for baby food.
The ideal way to prepare this delicious delicacy is steaming. Modern double boilers allow you to do this easily and quickly, while preserving most of the microelements and vitamins included in the products. Even those who don’t know how to cook can cook delicious cheesecakes in a double boiler. They turn out very tender and appetizing. The difference in taste between fried and steamed dessert is quite difficult to notice.
The cottage cheese for these pancakes should be a little dry. If there is excess moisture in it, then you need to wait, wrapping it in a gauze napkin until it drains. If you rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, then, due to the absence of grains, its consistency will be more uniform, and the taste of the finished dessert will become similar to a delicate cottage cheese soufflé.
The recipe is simple. So, you will need:
- 0.5 kg cottage cheese,
- 2 eggs,
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara,
- 1-2 tbsp. l. flour,
- 0.5 tsp. salt,
- berries (cherries or currants, frozen).
Mix all ingredients thoroughly (except berries) or beat with a blender. We form the cheesecakes correctly: dust our hands with flour, take the curd mass and make a “cake”, put a few berries and a little sugar on it, pinch it and prepare the balls. Place them, after rolling them in flour, into silicone muffin tins greased with butter. Place in a double boiler and cook for about 15-20 minutes. When laying out the cheesecakes, you need to take into account that during cooking they will increase slightly in size.
You can add raisins, pieces of dried apricots or other dried fruits to the cottage cheese.
When the cheesecakes are ready, let them cool in the steamer. Then remove from the molds; when serving, it is advisable to pour them with sour cream or some tasty sauce (berry, caramel).

Recipe 8: steamed cheesecakes with banana in a slow cooker
Steamed cheesecakes are dietary food, healthy and suitable even for the little ones. Semolina adds tenderness to their taste; flour is not used in steamed cheesecakes in a slow cooker. And the fact that the cheesecakes are not fried, but steamed, makes them especially airy, light and very tender. Cooking steamed cheesecakes is even easier than frying them in a frying pan - another plus of this dish.
- cottage cheese 200 g
- sugar 1 tbsp.
- banana 1 pc. taste
- semolina 3 tbsp.
- egg 1 pc.
- kefir 1/3 multi-cup
We prepare products for making steamed cheesecakes in a slow cooker.
Instead of kefir, you can use sour cream or milk to make the semolina swell a little. In general, you can use flour instead of semolina, although cheesecakes with semolina are more tender.
Mix milk or kefir with semolina in a bowl. Leave for half an hour to swell.
Then mix, add sugar to the mixture, add banana slices and cottage cheese. Beat the egg into the curd mass and mix.
You can beat the mixture in a blender until it becomes homogeneous and smooth. Some people add a little soda to the mixture, but it seems to me that it somewhat worsens the taste of the cheesecakes, and they can become fluffy during the cooking process without it.
Lightly grease silicone molds with butter or vegetable oil. And fill the molds ¾ full with the curd mass. Place the molds in the steamer container. By the way, you can do without molds. Then you don’t need to beat the mass, it will turn out quite thick. This can easily be given the traditional shape of cheesecakes.
Pour 300-500 ml of water into the main bowl of the multicooker, place the steamer bowl on top, and close the lid. Select the “steaming” mode, time – 30 minutes. And we prepare until the signal.
Remove the finished cheesecakes from the molds and serve warm to the table. They turn out to be a natural color, quite pale. Glaze or sauce, melted chocolate, or jam will make them more appetizing.
Final tips
To make the dish even more delicious, it is recommended:
- Use products at room temperature.
- First sift the flour through a sieve.
- Grind through a sieve and mass.
- During the cooking process, try to achieve as uniform a consistency as possible, but do not turn the cottage cheese into a liquid substance.

How to serve and how to complement the dish?
If we talk about classics, many people love to supplement cheesecakes with sour cream, condensed milk or jam. But if you want to make a festive version of cheesecakes, you can make chocolate ganache. To do this, you need to take chocolate, break it and pour in about 120 ml of cream. After this, place the mixture in the microwave for a minute.
ALT: Cheesecakes with chocolate sauce.
This option has already been described in the “Cheese pancakes for children” recipe. You need to take a berry or fruit and decorate a plate with it before serving the dish. This will add not only visual beauty to the cheesecakes, but also greatly diversify the flavor background. Berries can be mixed with honey to create berry syrup.
Well, in general, you should show your imagination and experiment. Then perhaps you will be the one to come up with a new recipe for cheesecakes in a slow cooker. Try mixing additional ingredients, decorating the plate differently, and so on. In any case, there are already a sufficient number of recipes, and we have described the best in this article. Bon Appetit everyone!

- poppy seed - 100 g;
- wheat flour (whole grain) - 100 g;

- Place the remaining ingredients in a deep bowl, add poppy seeds, egg whites and knead the dough thoroughly. To achieve a better result, you can knead with your hands.
- Place small curd cakes in a prepared and greased steamer bowl and set the time for 15-20 minutes.

Classic cheesecakes in a slow cooker
The main ingredient of cheesecakes is cottage cheese, but various dried fruits can be added to the “dough”: raisins, chopped dried apricots or prunes, and even regular apples.
To prepare you will need:
You can use butter, then the cheesecakes will taste milkier. But at the same time, it will add calories. You can also add a pinch of vanillin or vanilla sugar (0.5 tsp).
Ready! Serve classic cheesecakes cooked in a slow cooker with jam or sour cream. The latter option is more preferable, since the dish itself is sweet. If you want to add dried fruits, you must first rinse them, pour boiling water over them, and soak for 15 minutes.

Add cornmeal, baking powder and vanilla.

Steamed cheesecakes, although not as beautiful due to the lack of a golden brown crust, are in no way inferior in taste to regular fried cheesecakes. At the same time, they are much healthier for the body than their fried counterparts.
Hello! Today I will tell you how to prepare delicious steamed cheesecakes in a slow cooker. Basically, cheesecakes are fried in vegetable oil until golden brown. But for dietary or baby food, the most delicate cheesecakes can be steamed. And in this case, a multicooker comes to the rescue.
To make the mass thick, it is recommended to use cottage cheese that is not too wet. The fermented milk product should be soft, but not wet due to the presence of a large amount of whey. Sugar is added to the main mass to taste; you can sprinkle powdered sugar or serve ready-made cheesecakes with honey. Flour is added in such quantity to obtain a thick consistency, but at the same time it will be sticky. Cheesecakes must be made with wet hands, then the curd mass will not stick.
