Ginger tea is just the bomb. The only thing when I read reviews from girls is that “I drink this stupid tea and nothing goes away.” It won't work if the tea is stupid. There's no point in drinking it if you don't like it. I only make tea with garlic!!!! For 1 liter of water (there is no thermos anymore :)) I cut a piece of ginger about 4 cm into thin pieces + 2 cloves of garlic (without green shoots) and pour boiling water over it. Leave for at least 1 hour. Then we throw out all the pulp and add a little lemon juice. The taste is great. There is no garlic smell. In 20 days I lost 4 kg. But of course, I didn’t eat after 17-18, and I didn’t make any more food restrictions.
After the holidays I bought ginger root again!!!!!!!!!! All other powders are nonsense.

I really love fresh ginger root; most often I prepare so-called ginger water. In the morning I grate about 1-2 tablespoons of the root and fill it all with hot water. The ginger is infused, such healthy water comes out, if it tastes a little bitter, I just add water. For me, this is a great alternative to drinking the prescribed 1.5 water per day. Plus vitamins and good for weight loss.
Tea with lemon, ginger and mint, just the height of bliss.
But for now I add ground ginger little by little to meat and salads; the aroma of this root cannot be confused with anything else.

In its raw form, ginger contains water (79%), carbohydrates (18%), and in smaller quantities proteins (2%) and fats (1%). A 100 gram serving of ginger powder contains approximately 335 calories, 4.2 grams of fat, 9 grams of protein and 57.5 grams of carbohydrates. The root is rich in vitamin C, vitamins B9, B6, as well as potassium and magnesium.

The concentration of these compounds can vary depending on the condition of the plant: raw ginger contains high concentrations of gingerols, while the dried root contains high concentrations of shogaols and reduced concentrations of gingerols.
After cooking, gingerol levels in the product are significantly reduced as they continue to form zinger. These three phenolic compounds have the greatest number of medicinal properties, with gingerols being the most effective, followed by shogaols, followed by zinger, with the latter being the least potent. Thanks to them, ginger has excellent anti-inflammatory, antiemetic and antispasmodic properties .
Green tea with ginger
Green tea removes toxins from the body and gets rid of extra pounds. When losing weight, the interaction of the two components will give the best result. Drinking the drink is allowed daily, but not more than one glass per day.
Put a spoonful of powdered ginger into the brewed tea, add a few slices of lemon, and pour boiling water over it. Cover the vessel and let it brew for 15 minutes, strain the drink before using.
Tea with rosehip and ginger
Many people have known about the benefits of rose hips since childhood. The fruits of the bush strengthen the immune system, speed up metabolism and are effective against vitamin deficiency. If the taste of rosehip is unpleasant, dilute the drink with honey.
Place a cinnamon stick, chopped rose hips and several thin strips of chopped apple into a container. Remove the skin from the ginger root, cut off a couple of pieces and add to the rest of the ingredients.
