- sugar or powdered sugar to taste.
Peel the orange and separate it into slices. We clear each slice of film partitions and cut into three parts. Wash the apples well, the skin can be peeled, but if it is thin, then it is not necessary to cut off the skin. Cut out the seed pods and cut the apples into small slices. Sprinkle the apples with lemon juice and immediately mix the apples with the orange slices. The acidic juice of citrus fruits will prevent the fruit from browning.
Peel the bananas and cut them into thin slices. Mix bananas with other fruits. Season the salad with yogurt and season to taste with sugar or powdered sugar.

- Sour - citrus fruits, strawberries, pineapple, pomegranate, passion fruit, gooseberries, kiwi, cranberries, currants, sour apples or plums, sloe. Digestion of these products usually takes half an hour.

- 150 gr. marshmallows;
- 50-100 gr. fruit sweet yoghurt for dressing.
Wash all fruits well. Peel the apples from seeds and peels and cut into small slices. Persimmons also need to be peeled, pitted and chopped. The persimmon skin is a little astringent, so it is better to remove it, but if you like the astringent taste of persimmon, then you do not need to peel the fruit.
Advice! If you use homemade natural yogurt to make a salad, you can mix it with jam or syrup to taste.
Peel the kiwi and orange. Cut the kiwi into small slices. We disassemble the orange into slices, free it from the film-partitions and cut it into three parts. Cut the grapes in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Mix all the prepared fruits.

For the sauce:
- 400 ml drinking fruit yoghurt;
- 3 teaspoons honey;
- 150 gr. prunes;
- 50 gr. walnut kernels.
We wash the prunes, pour boiling water over them and let them sit for half an hour so that the dried fruits become softer. Then drain the water, let the prunes dry and cut them into small pieces. Lightly dry the walnut kernels in a dry frying pan, then chop them with a knife, but not too finely.
Mix prunes with nuts, honey and drinking yogurt. Our salad dressing is ready.

- 1 kiwi;
- 1 orange;
- 1 apple;
- 1 pear;
- 1 large plum;
- 100 ml fruit sweet yoghurt;
- 100 gr. walnut kernels;
- 2 dried apricots;
- 20 raisins.
Pour boiling water over the dried apricots and raisins for half an hour, then drain the water and dry the dried fruits. Cut dried apricots into small pieces. Fry the peeled nuts in a dry frying pan and chop until you get nut crumbs.
Wash all the ingredients listed in the list well, peel and cut into small pieces. Mix the fruits and season the salad with yogurt. If desired, you can add a little sugar or honey to the salad.
Let's start serving the salad. Place a layer of fruit mixture into portioned bowls. Sprinkle with walnuts (use half of the prepared nuts). Then add the remaining salad. Sprinkle the top layer with nuts again and decorate with pieces of dried apricots and raisins.

For the salad you need:
- 2-3 apples,
- 200 g canned or fresh pineapple,
- some berries
- a couple of nuts
- 1/2 cup each of milk and condensed milk,
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon.
Wash the apples, cut into cubes and place in a salad bowl. Chop the pineapple in the same way, add cranberries, either dried or fresh, or raspberries or currants. Add to apples. Season with a mixture of milk, condensed milk and pineapple juice.
Chop the nuts and sprinkle on top. Let stand in the cold.
When serving, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
Salad for adults “Resort Romance” with cognac
This is a fruit salad option for adults, as the dressing includes cognac.
- 2 kiwis;
- 1 banana;
- 1 pear;
- 1 persimmon fruit;
- 200 gr. raisin grapes (with small seedless berries);
- some pomegranate seeds for decoration;
- 1 teaspoon cognac;
- 3 tablespoons of light jam syrup or liquid honey;
- 50 gr. thick natural yogurt.
We wash all the fruits. Peel the kiwi, banana and pear. Persimmons can also be peeled, as the peel has an astringent taste.
Cut all the fruits into small slices and mix. Add whole grapes. If grapes of a different variety are used, then the berries should be cut in half and the seeds removed.
We are preparing the dressing. It requires a light-colored jam syrup. This could be syrup from jam made from pears, apples, or peaches. Mix syrup with yogurt and cognac. Season the salad with this sauce. Place in a salad bowl and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
Preparing a sweet salad with raspberries, pineapple and black currants
Another excellent version of fruit salad with yogurt contains not only fruits, but also berries, available in the gardens of a large number of compatriots. In the summer, when the currants on the bushes ripen, this salad can decorate an outdoor lunch in the country. And it is absolutely not necessary to run for fresh pineapple; you can use its canned version, and its syrup as an additive to yogurt when dressing.
To prepare you will need:
- pineapple - 200 grams,
- raspberries - 100 grams,
- black currant - 100 grams,
- strawberries - 200 grams,
- apples - 2 pieces,
- yogurt - 200 ml.
Preparation:
1. Peel the fruit. Cut the pineapple and apples into cubes. If you use canned pineapple, do not pour the syrup out of the can; you can use it to dress the salad if the berries and fruits are too sour.
2. Carefully wash all the berries. Be sure to let excess water drain out. Cut very large strawberries into halves.
3. Place fruits and berries in bowls or cups in layers. The bottom layer is raspberries and black currants.
4. Place pineapple and apples in the second layer. Top layer of strawberries.
5. Pour yoghurt and syrup to taste over the salad. Let the fruit salad brew for a while in the refrigerator and you can serve it on the table, garnishing with a few currants.
You can also prepare a separate dressing from yogurt and berries by blending them in a blender until smooth and pouring it over the finished salad. You can also add sweeteners in the form of sugar or honey to this dressing.
