  • When you need a simple and budget salad for every day, you don’t want to look for any gourmet recipes, because it’s much easier to make something from what’s lying around in the refrigerator. For example, an apple. Its biggest advantage is not only that it turns out to be very cheap, but that it turns out to be mega useful. Usually, other healthy vegetables or fruits are combined in a salad with an apple: cabbage, carrots, radishes, pears, and seasoned with vegetable oil. Of course, there are less healthy options with mayonnaise and meat, but still, these light options remain my favorite. There are a lot of options and recipes for salads with apples: from simple ones for dessert to multi-layered ones for a celebration.

    I'll show you a couple of my favorites - for different occasions, and you can choose which one suits you best.

    Layered salad with apple, carrots, eggs and cheese

    Ingredients

    • 4 eggs;
    • 2 apples;
    • 2 carrots;
    • 150 g cheese;
    • a few tablespoons of mayonnaise;
    • salt - to taste.

    Preparation

    Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Grate them and peeled apples on a coarse grater, and raw carrots and cheese on a fine grater.

    Place half the apples on a plate and cover them with a mesh of mayonnaise. Distribute half the eggs on top, add salt and also cover with mayonnaise. Then lay out half the carrots, salt them too and cover with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with half the cheese and cover with mayonnaise. Repeat the layers in the same order again.
