  • walnut kernels - 80 g
  • olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • table vinegar - 3 tablespoons
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

Boil chicken eggs for 6 minutes in salted water, then lower them into cold water and peel. Cut each egg into four parts.

Wash and dry both types of lettuce. Chop the walnuts quite coarsely.

Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil, table vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

Tear iceberg lettuce leaves with your hands and mix with arugula.

Before serving, place the lettuce leaves on serving plates, place a chopped egg on top, sprinkle with walnuts, and pour over the sauce.
