  6. Place the fish pieces on a heat-resistant dish. In this form, they are cooked at full power in the microwave for 3 minutes. But you can do without a microwave by baking the fish in the oven or frying it in a frying pan.
  7. For the filling, the pulp of all peeled shrimp is placed in a blender bowl. To do this, they first get rid of shells, legs, heads, and tails. While stirring, use a spoon to separate the fish into small pieces.

The ingredients are the same as in the previous version, but with the addition of millet. First, place the potatoes in a saucepan with water; when the water boils, add 0.5 cups of millet. While the soup is boiling a second time, wash the carcass and cut into pieces. Fry onions and carrots in a frying pan. Add spices, salt and sauteed vegetables to the soup. To make the soup tasty and aromatic, add a bay leaf.

Chowder with fish and shrimp

Ingredients:

  • water – 10 tbsp.;
  • vegetable broth – 2 tbsp;

  • shrimp – 250 g;
  • celery – 2 stalks.

Use salt, parsley, bay leaf as spices. Pour water and vegetable broth into a saucepan. Place chopped potatoes in your ear. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices. Add it to the broth and cook for another 10 minutes.

Fry the onion and celery in olive oil over high heat. Add them to the soup. Peel the shrimp and cut the fillets into small pieces. Place them in a saucepan along with bay leaf and seasonings.

On skewers with zucchini

When preparing tilapia in combination with zucchini, the resulting dish is not only very tasty and juicy, but also healthy. It is perfect for a diet menu. Be sure to prepare a fragrant marinade for the treat and choose young zucchini with miniature seeds that do not need to be removed.

Ingredients

For the dish you need to take:

  • tilapia fillet – 850-870 g;
  • young zucchini – 1 piece;
  • lemon and lime zest, garlic powder and hot mustard - 1 tsp each;
  • cinnamon, dried chili, oil.

Sequencing

The cooking process includes several stages:

  1. The fish fillet is washed and dried. Afterwards the product is cut into strips. Each should be approximately 2.5 cm wide. Do not make the tilapia pieces too thick. Otherwise, they may take a long time to cook inside.
  2. Fish fillets are placed in a bowl. It is salted to taste. Grated lime and lemon zest are scattered on top. You can take part of only one fruit, but in double portions. Cinnamon is added here (to taste and desire, 1 pinch will be enough), pepper, mustard, garlic. The latter gets rid of the husks and finely rubs. The components are carefully mixed thoroughly. Telapia with all the additives is left in this form for about half an hour.
  3. The zucchini is washed and dried. It is peeled with a sharp knife. The remaining part is cut into thin slices. It is convenient to do this with a special knife. There is no need to remove small seeds from young zucchini.
  4. Each fish strip is rolled up. It tightly covers the zucchini. The ends of the vegetable preparation are securely fixed. The components are strung on skewers.
  5. A deep frying pan is lightly washed with oil. The dishes heat up well. Place skewers with all the ingredients on top. They are fried on all sides until a light golden brown crust appears.

  • Batter perfectly preserves the juiciness of fish (the easiest way to prepare it is from eggs, flour and herbs - mix all the ingredients until the consistency of thick sour cream);
  • It is important to heat the oil for frying in a frying pan well (if the fat is not hot enough, the batter will slide off the pieces and the tilapia meat will spread);
  • fish in different dishes will go perfectly with cream, mushrooms, any vegetables and sauces.
