IN WHAT DOSE SHOULD I TAKE APPLE VINEGAR WITH HONEY?

In his book Honey and Other Natural Products, Dr. Jarvis writes that it is impossible to establish any dose of vinegar that would help everyone equally. He met people who felt the effect from just 1 teaspoon per 200 ml of water. For others, the 1:1 concentration helped. And one day he came across a woman a little over 30 years old who calmly tolerated apple cider vinegar in its pure form. At that time, she said that she was uncontrollably drawn to sour things, but when this “thirst” was satisfied, she did not need such a dosage.

However, Dr. Jarvis, based on his many years of experience, provides the following recipe that works for most people. IF YOUR BODY REJECTS APPLE VINEGAR?

The book mentioned above gives the following advice: try drinking apple juice in small portions. This recommendation is not accidental. Valuable substances from apples will start the process of replacing damaged cells with healthy ones. When you feel that the condition of the gastrointestinal tract has improved, you can begin to administer vinegar to check the reaction of the kidneys and gallbladder. Dr. Jarvis himself recommends this method: during breakfast, lunch and dinner, drink vinegar diluted in water (2 tsp + 200 ml of water). Jarvis himself, in the book we mentioned, has a point where he talks about the use of apple cider vinegar (1 tsp per 200 ml of water) and 1 drop of iodine in the diet of easily excitable children under 10 years of age. SOME EXAMPLES OF USING HONEY WATER WITH VINEGAR

Pregnant women should pay special attention to the use of this drink. According to D. Jarvis, in the first trimester they should drink water with 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar immediately after waking up. This will relieve the symptoms of toxicosis. In the third trimester, Dr. Jarvis recommends adding a drop of iodine solution to this drink twice a week (for example, on Mondays and Thursdays). If the expectant mother adheres to this recommendation, then, as D. Jarvis says, her birth will be successful, and the baby will be strong, healthy, with developed muscles and such thick hair that the baby will have to be cut on the same day as he was born.

In addition, honey water with apple cider vinegar helps a woman get pregnant. D. Jarvis recommends drinking it with every meal. Additionally, wheat products should be excluded from the diet and replaced with corn, oats and rye. Sugar must be removed completely and honey used instead. Another tip is to eat more oranges and grapefruits. According to the doctor’s experience, such a diet will soon have its effect, and the woman will become pregnant.

From our own experience, we tested apple cider vinegar as a gargle during ARVI (usually add a teaspoon to 250 ml of warm water). This remedy perfectly fights even purulent sore throat. Dr. Jarvis also describes this method, while making a significant addition: after gargling with a portion of the solution, you should swallow it. In this case, the liquid will treat the mucous membrane where it is impossible when rinsing. The procedure is repeated hourly, and as the pain subsides, the intervals are increased to 2 hours. This technique removes plaque from the tonsils within 12 hours.

You can continue to cite diseases that apple cider vinegar successfully fights (both alone and in combination with honey water). However, this will be too tedious. Therefore, we will end today’s episode with a recipe for making vinegar, which we have been using for several years now.

OUR TESTED APPLE VINEGAR RECIPE

To make it, it is better to take homemade apples and high-quality honey. We do not use yeast and bread, but if desired, they can be replaced with several bee bread granules or honey-bread paste (if you have them).

So, the proportions are as follows: for the first stage we take 400 g of peeled apples (leaving the peel and seeds), half a liter of cool water and 50 g of honey, and for the second - another 100 g of honey for each liter (or kilogram) of liquid.

Now the cooking process itself: we wash the collected apples and cut out the spoiled areas. Next, grind them in a blender using a coarse grater. Then we dissolve the honey in water and pour this solution into the apple mass placed in clean glass jars (a standard 3-liter jar holds 1.2 kg of apples + 1.5 liters of water + 150 g of honey). Cover the neck with light chintz and secure it with an elastic band. After this, place the jars in a dark place for 10 days at room temperature. We mix the apple mass at least once a day with a wooden spatula, but it is advisable to do this 2-3 times. Already on the second day a slight alcohol smell appears.

If, in the process of preparing the honey filling, you add 5-10 bee bread granules or a quarter tablespoon of honey-breadbread paste, the fermentation process will start much faster. It will flow more intensely, and the finished vinegar will be vigorous, with a light brown tint.

After 10 days, separate the apple mass from the liquid using gauze folded in 4 layers. We carefully squeeze out the cake, and pour the future vinegar into new, clean 3-liter jars. You shouldn't pour it to the brim, because... fermentation occurs actively in the presence of a large area of ​​​​contact with air. Add another 100 g of honey for each kilogram (we find it more convenient to use scales) of fermented juice and stir thoroughly. Now the jars with the necks closed with chintz should stand for another 1.5-2 months in a dark place at the same temperature. There is no need to mix them anymore.

The vinegar is considered ready if it has become transparent and the emission of gas bubbles has stopped. Now all that remains is to pour it using a rubber tube (or through a funnel with four layers of gauze) into a clean glass container. Having sealed the finished product with lids, it is stored in a cool place.

How to make a drink from apple cider vinegar and honey?

Cooking method No. 1:

  1. A tablespoon of natural honey needs to be dissolved in water at room temperature.

Preparing and using the healing drink correctly
