  1. Salad "Red Trio". To prepare it, you need to take the following products: 1 red pepper, 1 red onion, 1 pomegranate, 20 cherry tomatoes, a little parsley and a large bunch of cilantro. Season the salad with salt, ground black pepper and lemon juice. The pepper is baked in the oven until the skin turns black. It is then peeled and the pepper is cut into cubes. The onion is peeled and cut into half rings. Tomatoes are cut into halves. The greens are finely chopped. The ingredients are mixed well in a salad bowl and poured with dressing. Let the salad soak for 15 minutes. and it can be consumed.
  2. Steamed salmon. Take 2 fish steaks and put them in a pan. Then pour in the marinade, which is prepared from 2 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 tsp. lemon juice. For 30 min. The pan is placed in the refrigerator. After the time has passed, the fish is taken out and each piece is wrapped in foil. The salmon is cooked in a steamer for 20 minutes. If you don’t have it, you can use a pan one-third filled with water and a colander placed on top of it. Place the fish in a colander, cover with a lid and cook until done.
  3. Minced meat roll. 500 gr. mince the beef several times along with 1 onion. Then break an egg into the resulting minced meat, add salt and pepper and mix well. The baking sheet is lined with cling film, and minced meat is laid out on it, a layer thickness of no more than 1.5 cm. A chopped egg, finely chopped herbs and a clove of garlic are poured onto it. The roll is rolled up, placed in foil and baked in the oven for 30 minutes. at 180 degrees.
  4. Chicken breast. Rub 1 breast of broiler chicken with salt. Then chop the basil, cilantro, dill and mix. Add 4 cloves of garlic, 0.5 tsp each. lemon juice, red and black pepper. This entire mixture is placed into pre-made cuts on the broiler breast. Place it on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

The low-carbohydrate Maggi Diet requires strict adherence to the following rules:
