Fry the onion in oil, add finely chopped ginger, and lightly fry again. Add chopped celery, stir, pour in vegetable broth. Cook for 20-30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Spicy chicken on cabbage

Prepare:

  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • chopped bay leaf - a pinch;
  • chicken thigh – 2 pcs.;
  • sauerkraut – 200 g;
  • sour cream – 8 tbsp;
  • ground sweet pepper;
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp.

Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
