  5. apples, pears or both in the amount of 0.5 kg;
  6. 1.5 cups of kefir or milk with a minimum percentage of fat content and three boiled potatoes;
  7. 0.5 liters of low-fat kefir;
  8. one egg, 200 g of veal (baked or boiled), 200 g of sauerkraut or two tomatoes;
  9. 100 g of boiled veal, tomato and cucumber (one piece each) in the form of a salad with olive oil, two apples;
  10. veal in the same quantity, 70 g of whole grain bread (rye bread can be replaced), two pears or two apples;
  11. meat of the same type (100 g), 150 g of bread (rye), two hard-boiled eggs, a glass of kefir;
  12. half a liter of kefir, 700 g of baked apples or fresh (necessarily sour), boiled potatoes (3 pieces);
  13. 300 g chicken fillet (baked or boiled), 2 cucumbers (fresh), two boiled eggs;
  14. a glass of kefir, two sour apples, boiled potatoes (4 pieces).

When consuming foods, it is recommended to strictly follow the order, without changing the sequence of days and without distorting the daily composition.

Radical water diet


The most radical way to get rid of extra pounds is to give up food. According to the “experts”, if you can’t control your diet, then just don’t eat. What does the weekly menu look like?

The distribution may be different, but it is important to adhere to the principle of diversity. This also applies to the composition of the diet. For example, if the daily menu includes two apples, one of them can be eaten fresh and the other baked in the oven. When dividing meat into two meals, you need to take different varieties (for example, beef and poultry) or vary the cooking methods (boiled in the morning, baked in the afternoon). If you have a lot of fruit, combine pears and apples. The only thing that should not be allowed is the inclusion of high-calorie foods. Meat and dairy products should be low-fat; bananas and grapes (including in the form of juices) are not allowed as fruits.

Mono-diets

The most common diet food among many who want to lose weight quickly is based on the use of one product. It's cheap, harsh, and according to other people's reviews, very effective. Typically there are three options:
