The basic Maggi egg diet ended at the 2 week mark. Fourth week

At the end of all the misadventures experienced, the menu and available recipes are much more diverse. The peculiarity is that for each day a certain protein norm is determined, which you can destroy at least in one sitting, or slowly stretch out the meals for the whole day, eating every 10 minutes. The standard three-times-a-day regimen will, of course, achieve optimal results without upset stomach during the week.

Maggi diet menu for the fourth week:

Curd

The basis of the classic Maggi diet is the consumption of eggs, but there is also a curd version. In order to hold out for the specified time, it is not at all necessary to have enviable endurance, since the menu is quite balanced, and some things are even allowed to be eaten without restriction (until saturation).   1. Eliminate salt and seasonings from your diet.
  2. Cook without fat - stew, boil, bake, steam or fry in a stone frying pan.
  3. Don't neglect your workouts in the gym.

WHAT IS THE MAGGIE DIET?

The Maggi diet is a protein diet with a very low carbohydrate content in the foods consumed. There are two main types of maggi diet menu for every day: curd and egg. Both of these varieties are effective and do not require fasting. The menu includes quite a lot of eggs, various meats, vegetables and fruits. The Maggi nutrition system is interesting because it is based not on calorie restriction, but on the biochemistry of the body. The menu and diet products are selected in such a way as to provoke the body to burn fat deposits by activating chemical processes.

Diet recommendations must be followed strictly so as not to reduce performance. Since the diet is long-term, the body will adapt to the new weight throughout the month, and you will change your eating habits. Therefore, maintaining the weight after its completion will be quite easy.

During the diet period, you can lose from 10 to 28 kilograms. There is no need to use such a diet if you are 3-5 kilograms of excess weight - you can choose something lighter.

MAGGIE DIET RULES

1. When a specific quantity of a product is not indicated, this means that the product is allowed to be consumed in unlimited quantities. If the quantity is indicated, then the product should be consumed exactly in this quantity. 2. If you remove any product, you cannot put another one in its place. 3. You need plenty of drinking water (2-3 liters of clean water). 4. It is allowed to use substitutes instead of sugar. 5. Vegetables should be boiled in water without broth, with the addition of salt, seasonings, pepper, garlic and onions. No fat or oil! 6. Dinner and lunch cannot be swapped! 7. If you experience a strong feeling of hunger, you are allowed to eat cucumber, carrots or salad, but only 2 hours after the recommended dishes. 8. If you make an error at some stage or stop, you need to start all over again. That is, if the diet was interrupted for half a day or the products were mixed up, we start from the first day of the first week. 9. Sports are necessary to achieve greater effect, at least high-quality exercises and walks.

TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

1. To track your weight daily, weigh yourself in the morning after going to the toilet. 2. It is better to take pollock or sole from fish; you can replace it with seafood. Meat cannot be replaced with fish (or vice versa). 3. It is not advisable to chew gum while on a diet - it stimulates the appetite. Sometimes you can have sugar-free lollipops. 4. Corn is not allowed on the diet at all. Canned vegetables are all prohibited. 5. Grilled chicken and lean meat baked in the oven are possible, but only without the skin. 6. You can have shish kebab, but only a couple of pieces, not skewers! 7. There are no fasting days on the Maggi diet. 8. You can eat after 18:00, the main thing is that this happens 3 hours before bedtime. 9. The weight comes off well in the 1st week, in the third it almost stays the same (volumes go away) - the body adapts to the new regime and weight, then it weighs off again. 10. If we haven’t violated anything, but the weight has increased, we don’t panic, but analyze the reasons. There may be several of them: critical days, constipation, new moon or full moon. 11. DISADVANTAGES AND CONTRAINDICATIONS OF THE MAGGI DIET

The next thing is the need to eat a lot of eggs, which increases the level of “bad” cholesterol. If you have high cholesterol in your blood, the Maggi diet is not for you.

People who have problems with blood pressure, kidneys, liver, heart and digestive tract should not start it either. The diet is not suitable for teenagers, lactating women and pregnant women.

If you are prone to allergies to eggs, they can be partially or completely replaced with cottage cheese at the rate of 1 egg per 100 g of cottage cheese. You will get the so-called curd version of the Maggi diet, for those who cannot stand or do not like eggs.

The cottage cheese version of the diet is not suitable for those who have problems with stomach acidity.

For people with intestinal dysbiosis, the egg diet can also cause discomfort, so in order for the egg to be absorbed faster, it can be boiled soft-boiled.

Eggs are often replaced with cottage cheese, which contains approximately the same amount of protein.

The Maggi cottage cheese diet is absorbed much better, bones are strengthened, and cholesterol is lowered. You need to eat very little of it - no more in volume than an egg.

Curd maggi has practically no serious contraindications. However, due to the diuretic properties of cottage cheese, those who have kidney or urinary organ diseases should approach this system with caution. Caution should be exercised by people who have problems with stomach acidity.

EXITING THE MAGGI DIET

You need to exit the diet smoothly; you will need exactly half the duration of the diet - two weeks. Stick to the sample menu for the first week, making your own amendments to it.

1. Drastically reduce the number of eggs. 3 or 4 pieces for all seven days will provide the body with protein without overloading the stomach.

2. Eat cereal, especially for breakfast.

3. Continue to eat grapefruits for breakfast or dinner, but now half or a quarter if you don’t want to.

4. Add honey and sugar to drinks, but no more than 1-2 teaspoons per cup.

5. In the first week of leaving the diet, introduce light soups into your diet (save borscht for a later time, when the body will be able to absorb it without problems).

  • Is it possible to eat according to the Maggi system during pregnancy? The diet is prohibited not only during pregnancy, but also during breastfeeding. Low fat intake can negatively affect a child's health.
