Elena Malysheva's diet for losing weight at home: Menu for the week

23 Sep03459

Tatyana Malysheva, obstetrician-gynecologist, naturopath: At one time, when I was a very sick person, it was a long time ago, when I was on disability, I simply tested on myself all the methods that I came across. And I saw what the result was. And I didn’t get results for a long time until I came across the wonderful theory “Teeth Formula” - a nutrition theory. According to this theory, we can determine by the shape of teeth what nature originally prescribed for man as food, and what needs to be eaten.

If we compare our teeth with animals that live in the wild, there are thirty-two teeth of an adult. Eight incisors, similar to a rabbit or some kind of hamster or field mouse. It is known what these animals eat. This is our food. Four fangs, like a predator. Here, too, I had to dig into the question, because I couldn’t figure it out easily right away. On the one hand, like a predator, you have to eat meat. On the other hand, as it later turned out, meat is not for humans.

Our teeth, fangs, are for animal food, but without cadaveric poison. This is food of animal origin, which animals “voluntarily” give to us. We don't have to kill a chicken to get the egg, and we don't have to kill the cow to get the milk. And these animal products are intended for humans. Why did I come to this conclusion? - by body structure. The length of the intestines of predators is very short, and their meat is very quickly digested in the stomach and thrown out.

Herbivores have very long intestines, and in humans the intestines are more similar in body structure to herbivores; they are long relative to body size. And if a person eats meat, it takes a long time and has time to rot, which is not what we need at all - to rot from the inside. And so it became clear to me that among animal products, only these are applicable to humans - eggs and dairy products. Further, we have twenty more teeth, like a cow or a horse - all herbivores. Twenty teeth - for green plant food, more than half of our diet should be our food, and, unfortunately, we only have one or two of it, two dills and three parsley...

Elena Malysheva's diet - the essence of the system

The effect of the diet can be achieved subject to the following conditions :

  1. No fasting during the diet period;
  2. Every day you need to drink at least 2 liters of clean water;
  3. A serving of one meal should not exceed 250 g.

At the same time, there are a number of requirements for the menu :

  1. During the diet period, you should avoid drinking alcohol. There should be as little salt in food as possible. Salt and alcohol retain water in the body, facilitating its less active release;
  2. Without dieting, a woman who leads a sedentary lifestyle and wants to lose extra pounds should consume no more than 1,200 calories per day. For men, 1400 calories. While on a diet, calorie intake is reduced to 800-1100 per day;
  3. You should avoid fried foods as the consumption of animal fat increases. Instead of frying, it is better to eat boiled meat. It is advisable to replace pork with poultry.

The maximum effect is achieved if the above conditions are met within 24 days. Every day you need to eat 5 times. During the 24-day period of following the diet, you must choose 4 days to give up meat and eat exclusively cereals.

How the diet works: basics and principles

Elena Malysheva’s diet includes avoiding certain foods, reducing portion sizes, and the principle of healthy eating. Enrichment of the body with the entire complex of vitamins is achieved through the correct combination of necessary products. This allows you not only to enrich the body, but also to break down fatty tissue.

The absence of harmful foods reduces calorie consumption per meal - the body is cleansed and fat is broken down. At the same time, the feeling of starvation is eliminated, and the body is in good shape, activity and performance increase.

Disadvantages and contraindications

The main disadvantages of this power system are the following:

  • Not all people have access to ready-made sets of products and dishes for the diet - their cost is quite high.
  • People who are very busy during the day, or are on a trip, find it difficult to follow the recommended diet.
  • A low caloric intake in the daily diet implies dietary restrictions, which means imbalance. For example, protein foods are consumed only at lunch.
  • The limitation of table salt in the menu is also a disadvantage - this is why Malysheva’s diet cannot be followed for a long time.

However, despite some nutritional deficiencies in this diet, nutritionists agree that there are no obvious contraindications for Malysheva’s diet.

Pregnant and lactating women, people with diabetes, diseases of the endocrine, cardiovascular, and digestive systems should obtain the recommendations of their doctor before starting a diet and carefully approach the preparation of their daily diet.

Nutrition rules according to the Malysheva method

This diet is designed to help you enjoy food and lose weight without feeling hungry. To obtain this result, the following requirements must be met:

Satiety and weight loss. Malysheva warns that fasting alone will not achieve rapid weight loss. A nutritious diet with a large number of meals is required - from 4 to 6 times a day. This is explained by the fact that thanks to this approach, the body is constantly in the active phase of food processing, which activates the constant burning of calories throughout the day. There is no hunger due to short breaks between meals. Satiety is achieved through the variety of ingredients included in different portions. Malysheva also warns that you should not skip meals;

  1. One glass of food per serving . You need to eat no more than 250 grams of food at a time. For men, the portion increases to 300 grams. This eliminates stomach stretching and fat deposition on the sides;
  2. Drinking is more important than eating. You should drink at least 2 liters of clean water without gas. It is necessary to minimize the consumption of tea, coffee and alcohol to prevent dehydration. The constant availability of clean water has a positive effect on the functioning of the necessary biochemical processes of the body, and also reduces the likelihood of constipation;
  3. Forget about salt. A minimum amount of salt should be present in food. But for maximum effect from the diet, you should completely abandon this seasoning. This allows the fluid to drain faster, which does not contribute to the formation of edema;
  4. No fats. Malysheva’s diet excludes the consumption of animal fats. The calorie content of dishes is reduced. This helps to activate the search for fat reserves by the body. Reserve fats are precisely those accumulated layers before following a diet. As a result, you gradually burn accumulated fat, putting your body in order;
  5. Nourishing the brain with glucose. The diet also includes desserts. After all, if you leave the brain without glucose, then an increase in appetite is developed, and the functioning of nerve cells also decreases. Therefore, sugar is not excluded from the diet;

One day a week you need to take exclusively rice or buckwheat with plenty of drink. An hour after eating, you should drink a glass of clean water without gas. Such fasting days are a must when following a diet.

Rule 2: the secret to losing weight in one glass

Each meal should be 1 glass in volume - that is, 200-250 g. Don’t be alarmed, this is not small. Especially for you, we filled a glass with food and then put it on a plate. It turned out to be a decent portion.

200-250 g, no more! This is important because it determines the size of your stomach . If you eat more, your stomach stretches and you gain weight.

Remember pleated skirts? If the pleats are folded, the skirt appears to be narrow. And if the folds are unfolded or spread out, the skirt will turn out to be very wide. So: our stomach is made entirely of folds, like a pleated skirt. In obese people, all folds are straightened, and the volume of the stomach reaches 5-10 liters . This is the volume of a bucket!

To feed a huge stomach, you will have to eat a lot of food. Then the walls of the stomach will stretch, the nerve endings that are located in them will send a signal to the brain, and you will feel full. It is difficult to feed a distended stomach, and it is very difficult to lose weight with such a stomach. You must shrink the stomach and fold all the folds again.

This is why there is a second rule. Reducing the amount of food eaten at one meal leads to a decrease in the size of the stomach. This gradually teaches us to be satisfied with small amounts of food.

Don’t forget: you will have 4-6 such meals of 200-250 g per day. You won't remain hungry. And this is the main discovery for all those losing weight: satiety is a companion to weight loss.

Advantages and disadvantages

An effective diet promotes rapid weight loss within the first days of following it. However, like any diet, this one has both advantages and disadvantages.

Benefits of the diet:

  • Balanced diet;
  • Healthy and satisfying dishes;
  • Accurately calculated calories
  • Meal schedule and precisely adjusted portion sizes;
  • Ease of cooking;
  • Developing healthy eating habits;
  • You can take the finished dish with you anywhere;
  • The diet is useful and effective for both lazy and active people;

Flaws:

  • It is necessary to have a spacious freezer to store all the necessary products;
  • High cost of dieting;
  • The need for constant availability of clean water without gas and fruit;
  • It takes time to prepare individual dishes for the rest of the family;
  • Convenience foods may not be to everyone's taste.

How to calculate the calorie content of a diet according to WHO recommendations

An example of calculating a diet with reduced energy value for a 47-year-old man weighing 120 kg:

Basal metabolic rate: BMR = (0.0484 × 120 + 3.6534) × 240 = 2271 kcal.

Total energy consumption: RE = 2271 × 1.3 = 2952 kcal.

Diet with reduced energy value: daily calorie content = 2952 - 600 = 2325 kcal.

This diet is prescribed for 1 month, after which the hypocaloric diet is again calculated, substituting a new (reduced) body weight into the formula.

What foods are included in Elena Malysheva’s diet?

Malysheva’s diet – menu for the week

Each person has individual characteristics of the body. Therefore, Malysheva does not recommend following the diet exactly. However, the methodology should be used as an example, including for developing self-discipline. Malysheva offers a balanced diet. The maximum serving weight is 250 g for women and 300 g for men. To support metabolism, effectively cleanse the intestines and speed up the absorption of food, you should drink a lot of clean water. Carbohydrates should not be taken with proteins. They need to be eaten separately.

Lose the excess with Elena Malysheva. 10 rules and recommendations from a doctor

  1. The serving size should not exceed 200-250 g for women, and 250-300 g for men . Whatever you eat must meet the specified volume. This is the amount of food, according to Elena, that is enough to lose weight without experiencing enormous stress.
  2. Number of meals per day – 4 . Do not reduce their amount, as people who eat incorrectly, skip breakfast or an afternoon snack, risk falling off the next days of the diet, and the weight loss process will be stopped. If it is very difficult for you to eat 4 times a day, and your body requires more frequent snacks, you can additionally include 1-2 light snacks in the menu. An additional evening meal can be replaced with a glass of milk or low-fat kefir. For a second breakfast, you can drink unsweetened tea and eat an apple. When increasing the amount you eat per day, try not to overeat.
  3. Try to eat at the same time every day . This will allow you to quickly establish the process of proper nutrition. In addition, the stomach will begin to produce gastric juice not in between meals, but at a certain time. Optimal time for meals: 8 am - breakfast, 12 pm - lunch, 16 pm - afternoon snack, 19-20 pm - dinner. Try not to eat after 20.00.
  4. Drink 2 liters or 10 glasses of plain water daily . The doctor recommends drinking still water, not salty, not medicinal. During the day, along with your main meals, you can drink tea or coffee without sugar, cream or other additives. Elena Malysheva believes that tea and coffee do not replace ordinary clean water and have a diuretic and dehydrating effect. Therefore, in addition to tea and coffee, drink 2 liters of water per day. In the heat of summer, you can increase the amount of water you drink to 3 liters. You definitely need to drink. Since a person often perceives thirst as a desire to eat. Therefore, if you really want to eat, and it’s still a long time before you eat, drink a glass of plain water.
  5. Your daily caloric intake should not exceed 1000 kcal if you are a man and 800 kcal if you are a woman . Therefore, carefully select all the products used in cooking, taking into account their calorie content. The calorie table can be found on our website. With such a high-calorie diet, excess weight will begin to disappear. You can lose 4-6 kg per month. Losing weight should not be drastic, it is harmful to health.
  6. Every week there is one fasting day . If it’s hard for you to unload on Saturdays and Sundays, choose a weekday for these purposes. Each fasting day will save you from 1 kg of excess weight.
  7. Try to reduce as much as possible the amount of salt consumed in food , as it retains excess fluid in the body and causes swelling. If a dish can be eaten unsalted, eat it unsalted.
  8. Do not buy or eat foods rich in fat . Try to choose lean, low-fat or low-fat foods. The fat content of milk and kefir can be 0.5-1%. Avoid pork and other fatty meats. During the period of weight loss, give preference to chicken and turkey meat. It is preferable to use low-fat varieties of fish (hake, chum salmon) in the diet.
  9. You should not completely exclude sweets from your diet . The nervous system needs regular supplies of glucose. This improves your well-being and mood and reduces the risk of a breakdown. You can replace regular sweets with dietary ones, for example, for diabetics, or with the “Fitness” mark. Dried fruits and fruit and grain bars are excellent suppliers of glucose; nuts are of great benefit.
  10. For more effective and faster weight loss, exercise . Choose the types of activities that you like: morning exercises, running in the morning, going to the gym after work, or going to the pool. You can do fitness, water aerobics, yoga, callanetics, Pilates, cycling, in short, anything that will force you to get the necessary physical activity and will not give you the opportunity to sit motionless on the couch. In addition, exercise will distract you from the constant desire to chew something, and will also form an excellent healthy habit for you.

Malysheva’s diet: benefits and harms

  1. The weight loss diet proposed by the host of the “Live Healthy” program can be used for a short time (up to a month) by practically healthy overweight people, as well as in the presence of I-II degree obesity without concomitant diseases. Most of all, it is suitable not for long-term use, but for solving urgent, momentary problems - quickly losing 5 kg before a wedding, a tourist trip or other important event in life.
  2. But for patients with grade III-IV obesity, diabetes mellitus and other endocrine disorders, concomitant diseases of the liver and gallbladder, chronic diseases of the cardiovascular system with circulatory failure, glomerulonephritis and renal failure, the Malysheva diet is contraindicated.
  3. The problem with this diet is the sharp limitation of the daily calorie intake (800-1000 kcal), which is not enough to satisfy basic physiological processes in the body, even if a person lies in bed, does not go to work and refuses all physical activity. Such a diet (table No. 8 according to Pevzner) with a calorie content of 800 kcal was prescribed only in stationary conditions in specialized clinics under constant medical supervision and for a period of 2-3 weeks. After this, in accordance with table No. 8, the calorie content increased to 1500-1700 kcal per day.
  4. Another problem with Elena Malysheva’s diet is the lack of an individual approach . Everyone, without taking into account initial body weight, age and concomitant diseases, is prescribed a diet in the range of 800-1000 kcal for weight loss. But in accordance with WHO recommendations, each patient must first determine the level of basal metabolism and the actual energy value of their diet using special formulas. After this, reduce calories by about 600 kcal per day.

Is it possible to follow a diet while breastfeeding?

Pregnancy brings extra pounds to women. Therefore, many mothers are interested in the possibility of following Malysheva’s diet during lactation. It is worth remembering that the diet involves giving up many unhealthy foods that you are so accustomed to. During lactation, it is not recommended to use ready-made food sets from Malysheva. they contain components that may adversely affect the baby’s health, as well as the productivity of breast milk production.

During the period of feeding a baby, the mother's diet differs from the diet of other people. Malysheva’s sets do not contain enough carbohydrates and fats. Therefore, mother needs an individual diet, which only an experienced nutritionist can create.

The opinion of doctors on diet during lactation is not in favor of losing weight. The fact is that losing weight reduces the productivity of breast milk production. This also affects the child’s health. Therefore, it is better not to risk it and consult a specialist.

However, the situation forced me to pay attention to the Recommendations of Elena Malysheva. Having gained confidence in her, I took her course. The first result was not as expected. However, I was moving away from the diet and showing weakness, resorting to my favorite sweets. The second diet gave the promised result: I lost 4 kg without experiencing discomfort.

Victoria, 30 years old:

I followed my mother's advice. She has a positive attitude towards Malysheva’s advice. Since I gained an impressive amount of excess weight after giving birth, I had to resort to a diet for the first time in my life. Mom already had experience with Malysheva’s diets and she herself found the right one for me. The result met expectations. However, cooking began to take more time, since my husband loves to eat heartily.

Valeria, 25 years old:

It turns out that I am an obese girl and because of this I am not particularly attractive. My investment in Elena Malysheva’s diet has paid off. I went on a diet for 3 months and lost 15 kg. I plan to stop the diet for a month and then repeat it again for 3 months.

Katerina, 37 years old:

I lost weight thanks to strict self-discipline and going to the gym. I followed all the instructions, but showed weakness for sweets - I can’t live without them. I wasn’t fat, but my muscles began to appear. In one week I lost 2 kg, and in the next week also 2. The diet works, but it’s better for me to take a break, since I will already begin to lose the desired weight.

Violetta, 22 years old:

I dance, but I’m gaining weight—possibly hereditary. The situation forces us to delve into the peculiarities of nutrition. I'm afraid of getting fat, because my mother is plump. Using Malysheva’s recommendations, I was able to stop weight gain. Now I will continue to follow the diet so that the weight goes down.

Daria, 29 years old:

Following the diet exclusively according to the recommendations. No deviations from the diet and no breaks. Everything is as written. I have an advantage for this: I work from home and it’s easier for me to stick to the desired schedule. Result: I lost 7 kg in a month. It needs to be repeated, because the diet is really healthy.

Veronica, 43 years old:

I decided a long time ago to quit smoking and get in shape. I don’t miss a single episode of Elena Malysheva. I will say that I tried her diet several times and at the same time quit smoking. As a result, I always broke down and indulged myself with tobacco and fatty meat. I didn’t give up: I quit smoking and ate a lot - I gained even more weight. I finally quit smoking and started getting in shape. I got used to it quickly, and surprisingly I didn’t feel hungry.

Elena, 24 years old:

I lost 6 kg in two weeks. However, according to the diet, I was supposed to lose 5 kg in a week. But this is my own fault, because I love sweets. The birthdays of relatives, who just happened to fall during the diet period, pushed me towards sweets. But the next 2 weeks, I think, will be much more productive.

Alena, 28 years old:

I tried so many diets, but all in vain. Of course, there was a result, but it didn’t last long; after a week, the weight lost during the grueling diet week was restored. The course was paid, I followed all the recommendations. Now I understand that it is necessary to buy information only from trusted sources. I began to be interested in the theory of Elena Malysheva, but never decided to use the diet. I doubted it for a long time, but in the end I snapped and tried her diet on myself. As a result, I did not feel any deprivation and was always full. I won’t say that the course cost me cheap; on the contrary, the cost was quite significant. But the result of 7 kg in 2 weeks made me happy. There was no feeling of losing money to nowhere. Therefore, I recommend it to everyone! Follow all the recommendations and conditions and the result will not last long. I tested it myself and will continue to use it.

Diet results

Elena Malysheva's diet is a balanced way to lose weight. It won’t bring you immediate results and tens of kilograms lost, but that’s its beauty. The diet does not harm the body and does not lead to stress, and this is the most important thing for your health! Everything requires a meaningful and reasonable approach. You can’t accumulate excess weight for years and then get rid of it in 2 days. Be consistent in your actions and you will achieve your goals without harm to your body!

Nutritional Features

The main goal of the diet is to teach a person to eat properly, without loading the body with harmful substances and extra calories. By constantly ingesting a large number of different foods, we stretch our stomach and make ourselves crave even more. With this system, within a week the true desires of the body become clear!

The sets are designed to suit the characteristics of female and male organisms. Despite the small portion sizes (for those who are used to eating heavily), each container contains enough calories to support all body functions. The nutritional content of servings varies depending on the goal - general health, weight maintenance or weight loss.

Food is delivered twice a month in frozen packages for the next two weeks, making it easier to store. Packages should be immediately placed in the freezer, except for some breakfast portions - these are stored at room temperature (oatmeal, fruit and nut mixtures, fruit and grain bars).

All nutrients, vitamins and microelements were preserved in full - the food was subjected to shock freezing! This method has several advantages:

  • shelf life increases;
  • the quality of the products does not change;
  • all beneficial properties are preserved;
  • food is easy to reheat.

Cooked products are frozen almost instantly and retain all properties, including color, taste and smell. Harmful bacteria do not have time to form on them, as with conventional cooling. After defrosting, you get fresh food that retains the taste of natural products.

The price of the Malysheva set and what is included

How much a ready-made Malyshev menu costs depends on the gender of the person losing weight and the characteristics of the problem. So, two boxes of diet food from Malysheva for a month will cost 14,500 rubles. for women and 16,700 rub. for men. This is a standard weight loss kit. If your goal is to maintain the result, then you need to pay 16,700 rubles for special rations. There are also separate treatment programs with different prices.

After you have passed the test for extra pounds on the official website of Elena Malysheva’s diet and placed an order, you need to wait for the courier. He will deliver two boxes of frozen food to the customer.

The boxes contain ready-made meals for 24 days. Another four days will be fasting days. All products from Malysheva’s set are packaged in separate sealed trays. To avoid confusion, breakfasts, lunches, desserts and dinners are in containers of different colors.

They are stored in the freezer and defrosted as needed, heated in the microwave or brought to readiness with boiling water. These rations are convenient to take both to work and on the road. But according to some reviews, Professor Malysheva’s dishes still taste very specific...

A clear nutrition schedule is needed here. His losing weight is made up by himself. Based on the fact that it is correct to eat four to six times a day. This is necessary so that the brain does not starve and does not provoke increased appetite.

Pros of the diet

Among the advantages of this weight loss system, one can undoubtedly note the absence of hunger, which intensified emotions. Fractionated eating simply won't let you get hungry. The menu is quite varied. You don't need to, roughly speaking, bite a carrot for 10 days. Eating a balanced and healthy diet, especially when it comes to combination days. If you do not continue the diet longer than the specified course, the body is unlikely to be hungry for the necessary substances.

Regarding the disadvantages of losing weight using Elena Malysheva’s method, it can be noted that weight loss is still not instantaneous, which is what nutritionists often look for. But whether this is a minus is also a question.

Naturally, like no other diet, it requires willpower, because not all foods can be consumed.

Also, not everyone can follow the principle of fractional meals. For example, if a person works on a serious schedule where there is one lunch and no way to go. A snack would be problematic for him.
