Varenka, sausages, and small sausages undergo gentle processing; buyers are confident that they are not dangerous. But the results of market research have proven the harm of sausages and boiled sausage. The fact is that they contain about 50% skin, bones, offal, and soy. Meat is only 7–15%, the remaining components are flour, starch and additives to enhance the taste. And according to GOST, there should be a large portion of meat.
