Grassroots Diet Recipes

Lunch salad

1 tomato, 1 cucumber, juice of half a lemon and green onions. Cut the vegetables into strips and mix. Chop the green onions and grind in a mortar along with lemon juice, season the vegetables, leave for a few minutes so that the product releases juice.

Lunch soup

2 tablespoons of natural cocoa, 1 liter of low-fat milk, stevia extract. Take cocoa from those products that need to be boiled. Boil the milk, remove the saucepan from the heat, add cocoa. Place the saucepan in a large container of water, heat the water until it boils, and cook for about 5-6 minutes in a water bath, add stevia. The calorie content of the drink is the same as milk with chocolate cubes, but its taste is richer.

Boiled haddock

  • 500–600 g white fish (fillet);

  • 6 green onions;
