sugar – 400 gr. lemon – 3 pcs. live yeast – 20 g. raisins – 20 g. Pour four liters of water into a saucepan, put on fire and add sugar. Mix everything well. Bring the syrup to a boil and let it simmer until the sugar dissolves. Then cut the lemon, remove the seeds and dense veins from it. Squeeze out the juice and finely chop the remaining pulp and zest. And add lemon juice to the already cooled syrup along with lemon pulp and zest. Then add yeast and raisins there. Place in a warm place. This kvass ferments for two to three days, depending on the temperature. Kvass will be ready when the zest floats to the surface and fermentation stops. Then strain the kvass and put it in the refrigerator. Take 100 ml. twice a day before meals. General rules for using all types of kvass. During the diet, before each meal, consume 150–200 ml. kvass, for a period of two to three weeks, in combination with dietary nutrition and physical activity. Or drink on fasting days, during which there is a very limited intake of food with a low calorie content. And one more rule - different varieties of kvass should be consumed separately. For example, you drink one type of kvass for two weeks, then another for two weeks. An exception to these rules is celandine kvass, which is taken once a day and 100 ml. It is not advisable to consume kvass for people with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, urolithiasis and gastritis with high acidity. But don’t think that the above drinks are a panacea for weight loss, that you drank kvass and lost weight. No, kvass is only an auxiliary component that will help speed up the process of losing weight on low-calorie diets.
