  • Olive oil - three small spoons
  • Salt, bay leaf, allspice

Preparation:

  • put a pot of water on the fire
  • add diced beef to it
  • throw in boiling water, salt, bay leaf, pepper
  • While the meat is cooking, make the dressing
  • fry the onion in a frying pan with tomato ketchup and cucumber
  • then cut the brisket, ham into nice strips
  • when the meat is cooked, collect the hodgepodge
  • let the soup simmer for 6 minutes, add the herbs and remove from the oven
