In addition, when soda enters the body, it provokes a large release of insulin into the blood, provoking a feeling of hunger. It is very important to avoid fried, fatty and smoked foods.

  • Buckwheat should be natural and of high quality, preferably not chopped, but kernels, which have undergone a minimum of processing, for example, roasting or grinding. Before cooking, you need to rinse it well and steam it overnight - pour boiling water over it, wrap the pan with a blanket and leave it in a warm place until the morning.
  • Red varieties of apples are richer in iron, for example, sweet and sour varieties such as Idared, Jonathan, Melba are ideal. It is best to choose medium-sized, juicy, not crushed fruits from a domestic producer, because imported ones, although they look great, are most often grown artificially and treated against pests, for example, covered with paraffin.

How to cook buckwheat with apples for a diet

To prepare dishes for a diet based on buckwheat and apples, you can use numerous recipes posted on the Internet, or try experimenting on your own. An interesting fact is that buckwheat can be prepared without cooking. To do this, pour the cereal into a jar in the evening and fill it with water, and it is not at all necessary to take boiling water - it can be a liquid (water or low-fat milk), slightly heated to a temperature of no more than +20°C. By morning, the buckwheat will “cook itself” and become ready to eat. To diversify the taste, before pouring the cereal, you can add pieces of fresh or dried apple to it.


Cooking cereals without cooking will help save many useful substances that are destroyed by high heat treatment, but for variety you can stew buckwheat, steam it, or lightly fry it before cooking. For dietary nutrition, it is best to cook buckwheat without salt - thanks to the large amount of carbohydrates, it will guarantee a feeling of satiety. If you just can’t eat unsalted porridge, try adding a little soy sauce. It’s very useful to use 1% kefir during a diet - you can simply drink it as a stand-alone drink, or pour it over buckwheat.

Important! During the diet, you need to drink at least 1.5 liters of fluid per day to prevent dehydration.

Apples can be eaten in any form. If you're tired of raw fruits, try baking them in the oven or grilling them. It’s okay if once a week you allow yourself to add a little honey and cinnamon to the apples - you need to cut out the core of the fruit, fill it with honey-cinnamon additive and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. This greatly diversifies the flavor potential. You can simply grate the apple and leave it for 1-2 hours - this way the chopped fruit will darken and acquire a soft sweet taste. You can also squeeze healthy juice out of apples, which can also curb your appetite.

Fully or partially limited products

Diet “Favorite” 7 days - what foods can be consumed

On the drinking days of the “Favorite” diet for 7 days, the diet can consist of water, broth, kefir, drinking yoghurts, cleansing cocktails from vegetables and fruits, jelly, compotes, milk and homemade milkshakes.
If you are firmly focused on maximum results, then on this day you should give preference to kefir and milk, which have a small percentage of fat content. On vegetable days, you can eat any vegetables, but the most welcome guest on your table should be cabbage, thanks to its “fat-burning” properties. You can add a small amount of vegetable oil to salads. Vegetables are best consumed raw, boiled or baked. On vegetable days, water and tea without sugar are also not prohibited.

On fruit days, you can eat any fruit except bananas.

The diet of protein days should consist of egg whites, boiled chicken (it is better to take fillet), low-fat cottage cheese, cheese, fish, soy, peas, beans, and nuts.

Third day of the diet:

Breakfast - 200 gr. milkshake and a cup of unsweetened tea; second breakfast - 200 gr. milk; lunch - 150 gr. chicken broth without salt; afternoon snack - 200 gr. kefir; dinner - 200 gr. milk. In between, you can also drink unsweetened tea.

Fourth day of the diet:

Breakfast - 2 oranges; second breakfast - grapefruit; lunch - fruit platter of kiwi, apples and oranges; afternoon snack - pear and apple; dinner - grapefruit.

Fifth day of the diet:

Breakfast - 2 eggs; second breakfast - 200 gr. boiled fish; lunch - 150 gr. boiled chicken meat and 100 gr. boiled peas; afternoon snack - 100 gr. cottage cheese; dinner - 100 gr. cheese.

Day six of the diet:

Breakfast - 200 gr. kefir and a cup of unsweetened tea; second breakfast - 200 gr. grapefruit juice; lunch - 200 gr. chicken broth without salt; afternoon snack - 200 gr. milkshake; dinner - 200 gr. milk. In between, you can also drink unsweetened tea.

Seventh day (day of leaving the diet):

Breakfast - 2 eggs and a cup of green tea; second breakfast - fruit of your choice; lunch - light soup with rice or buckwheat; afternoon snack - fruit according to your choice; dinner - vegetable salad, seasoned with salt and dressed with vegetable oil.
