During menstruation or lactation, additional lobes behave in a similar way to the mammary glands: they enlarge and thicken, and sensitivity increases. According to Kopasov, the problem can be solved surgically - the operation is performed under anesthesia and lasts about half an hour.

“Micro-incisions are made in the natural folds of the armpits, through which additional lobes are removed, leaving no traces,” comments the doctor.
