What can and cannot be eaten?

All products listed in the diets for 3, 4, 5 and 12 days are allowed for consumption, but you should additionally return to the list of prescriptions:

  1. Fruits should be consumed fresh or in the form of juices.
  2. Dairy products must be low-fat.
  3. Meat should mainly be lean: turkey, beef, rabbit, etc.
  4. It would be useful to eat shrimp, mussels and squid.
  5. You should strive to ensure that the rice is unpolished and brown.

Prohibited foods will include all foods that lead to obesity or limit the effectiveness of the diet:

  1. Vegetable and other types of oils.

Fully or partially limited products

The actor's diet was originally designed for 4 days and provided only one menu. As it was used, several other options appeared, both in duration and in the composition of the diet or diet. Now there are similar methods for 4, 5 and 12 days, in each of which it is necessary to consume a certain set of foods during main meals. For 4 days

The success of this express diet depends on strict adherence to the regimen of alternating foods on specific days. You cannot use them according to a different scheme or mixed, since then there will be no proper weight loss effect. Menu No. 1

This type of acting diet consists of 4 fasting days combined in one period of time.

The first day is cleansing

Second day – milk day

The menu for this day consists only of low-fat cottage cheese with kefir, which can be consumed without restrictions in the following order:

  • dinner - cottage cheese, kefir.

The third day is protein

This day can also be called a meat day, since its diet includes any type of lean white meat in any quantity. The second mandatory product is green tea or herbal infusion, also without volume restrictions.

This type of acting diet can be used as described above, replacing the wine day menu with fermented milk products. There are also special options with a different diet. The principle of nutrition here is somewhat different - you can eat not two, but only one product. In this case, the result will be similar - minus 4 kg in 4 days.

Option 1

Meal plan by day:

  • 1 – rice;
  • 2 – kefir;
  • 3 – fish;
  • 4 – grapes.

On the first day you can only eat steamed rice in unlimited quantities, on the second you are allowed to drink low-fat kefir. The third day's menu consists of lean white fish, which can be stewed, boiled, baked, steamed or grilled. During the fourth, you should eat only grapes, preferably unsweetened wine or green varieties.

Option 2

Meal plan by day:

  • 1 – rice;
  • 2 – kefir;
  • 3 – shrimp;
  • 4 – watermelon.

Meals for the first 2 days are similar to the previous option. The third menu consists of seafood (shrimp can be replaced with squid or mussels), prepared in any suitable way, except frying using oil. On the fourth day, you can consume watermelon in any quantity, as well as no more than 0.5 liters of any liquid.

Option 3

Meal plan by day:

  • 1 – rice;
  • 2 – kefir;
  • 3 – veal;
  • 4 – apples.

The first 2 days are also similar to the previous option. The diet of the third consists of lean boiled, stewed or steamed veal. To complete the diet, you can eat only apples, giving preference to not very sour varieties. The effect of this weight loss technique is a loss of 4 kg over the entire period. Since on average an actor's diet loses 1 kg in 1 day, if you need to get rid of 5 kg, you should use a five-day weight loss program.

For 5 days

This system is based on the same rules as the previous one, but at the same time it is more difficult to comply with and strict in terms of requirements, since it has restrictions on the number of products consumed.

The menu for this technique can be as follows:

  • first day – tomato-rice: 200 ml of tomato juice and 5 servings of steamed brown rice, each no more than 120 g, or 200 g of rice and 5 glasses of fresh tomato;
  • the second - milk: 1.5 liters of kefir 0-1% fat, 1 kg of low-fat cottage cheese;
  • the third is meat: the daily intake of any dietary meat is 600 g, green tea – 5 glasses;
  • fourth - wine: 0.7 liters of table wine, 200 g of hard cheese;
  • fifth – fruit: 1.5–2 kg of juicy apples or pears.

If fruits cause stomach upset, you can eliminate them by repeating any of the previous days. After 5 days, weight loss should be 5 kg. To get rid of 10-12 kg, you should choose one of the options for the 12-day diet for actors.

For 12 days

This type of diet helps to lose a significant amount of excess weight - during the specified period you can lose about 10 kg, while doing a good job of cleansing the intestines and removing excess fluid. The twelve-day diet is not too different from the five-day diet, and its daily menu can be chosen from several options presented.

Menu No. 1 by day:

  • 1–3 (dairy) – kefir 1% fat, low-fat coarse-grained cottage cheese without limitation;
  • 4–6 (fruit) – juicy sweet apples or pears in any volume;
  • 7–9 (meat) – lean poultry meat without skin in any form (fried, boiled, stewed, grilled) and quantity;
  • 10–12 (wine) – table wine (0.7 l) with hard cheese (200 g).

Menu No. 2 by day:

  • 1, 5, 9 – rice and tomato juice (similar to the diet of the classic version of the diet for 4 days);
  • 2, 6, 10 – only kefir (0-1% fat) in any quantity;
  • 3, 7 – seafood, lean meats or fish (boiled, stewed, steamed or grilled) in unlimited quantities, as well as green tea without additives;
  • 4 – any not very sweet fruits, any drinks made from them (fresh juices, fruit drinks) of your own making;
  • 8 – table wine (0.7 l), low-fat hard cheese (200 g);
  • 11 – lean red meat (rabbit, veal) unlimited;
  • 12 – only sweet apples in any quantity.

Menu No. 3 (extended up to 14 days):

first block by day:

  • 1, 2 – steamed rice, kefir;
  • 3 – boiled fish;
  • 4 – table wine (0.7 l), low-fat hard cheese (200 g).

second block by day:

  • 1, 2 – steamed rice, kefir;
  • 3 – shrimp;
  • 4 – watermelon.

third block by day:

  • 1, 2 – steamed rice, kefir;
  • 3 – boiled beef;
  • 4 – apples.

The final two days are wine days.

Quitting the diet

The actor's diet is a series of one-day mono-diets and her diet is considered unbalanced and low in calories. Weight loss occurs due to cleansing the intestines and removing excess fluid. Considering these factors, it is safe to say that the lost weight can return very quickly.

To preserve the achieved results as much as possible, it is not recommended to immediately return to your usual diet. You need to get out of the diet gradually, eating light food and following some rules:

  • The first week should be devoted to plant foods: fruits, herbs, vegetables. Include healthy proteins (fermented milk products, lean meat) in your diet.
  • In the second week, you can gradually introduce healthy cereals (buckwheat, rice, oatmeal) and grain bread into the menu. Try to consume these foods in the morning.

For the first two weeks, the total daily calorie content should not exceed 1400 kcal (for men - 1700). Fried and fatty foods, fast food, and alcohol (a little wine is allowed) are still prohibited.
