  1. Feet are shoulder-width apart, arms are lowered along the body.

House is legs, legs and legs again. And when the coach says: “Let’s connect our arms, swing to the beat and make a turn,” my brain explodes. But the most amazing thing about this is that our body is much smarter than us, and perceives a lot on some intuitive level. Therefore, after a few repetitions, I began to automatically (bingo) perform the link. And I’ll tell you honestly, it’s a real thrill when you’re just on the same wavelength with the beat and sounds without unnecessary stress and start moving. It's like dancing at a disco, but without improvisation, but with clear preparations. In general, a clear recommendation from me.

Important:

Don't skip your warm-up. This is necessary in order to avoid getting a ridiculous and unnecessary injury. And in dancing, this is a great way to hone the technique of basic elements that are used in composing combinations and choreography.

Doing Zumba on your own is not as fun as doing Zumba in a group. There are no technical difficulties. But at home, training performed by a beginner is performed more like exercise to dance music.

And although there is always a mirror at home to monitor your posture, learning to perform the movements correctly on your own is much more difficult than repeating them after an instructor. But a video instructor cannot replace live communication with a trainer.

Beginners cannot control their reflection in the mirror and monitor their pulse at the same time.
