What is yogurt
This is one of the subtypes of fermented milk products.

Modern yoghurts began to be produced in the countries of the Balkan Peninsula, where the beneficial properties of thermophilic streptococcus and Bulgarian bacillus were discovered. Now they are added to condensed or pasteurized milk for its fermentation, but previously the drink was left in its pure form and waited until the fermentation process took place naturally under the influence of existing bacteria.
