Permitted and prohibited products
Like any diet, this nutrition plan has its prohibitions. We provide a list of foods that are recommended to be consumed during a diet for those with a sweet tooth:

Dietitian and nutritionist Alexandra Noev gave advice to those with a sweet tooth on how to properly lose those hated pounds. In order to lose weight, you need to follow certain rules every day.
— The love for sweets is quite understandable. When a person eats sweets, the level of glucose in his blood increases and the hormone serotonin is released, a hormone responsible for a good mood, the doctor shares with FAN.
Sweets are insidious, after 30-40 minutes the blood sugar level will drop and a person will experience drowsiness, apathy, and loss of strength. The body begins to signal that the next dose is needed, and it becomes a vicious circle.
In order to get rid of addiction you need to follow several rules.
The first step: write down everything sweet that goes into your mouth. Every carbohydrate product, every candy, glass of sweet soda, juice, piece of cookie, banana, dry food, etc. In the evening you will be surprised at the amount you eat.
Second step : start reducing the amount of sweets right in the morning. Reduce the amount of sugar in your coffee, don’t finish the cake after your children, and don’t share sweets with your husband.
Third step: in the store you need to buy exactly enough sweets to last for one time. You can’t keep treats at home; they should become a delicacy.
