— The love for sweets is quite understandable. When a person eats sweets, the level of glucose in his blood increases and the hormone serotonin is released, a hormone responsible for a good mood, the doctor shares with FAN.

Sweets are insidious, after 30-40 minutes the blood sugar level will drop and a person will experience drowsiness, apathy, and loss of strength. The body begins to signal that the next dose is needed, and it becomes a vicious circle.

In order to get rid of addiction you need to follow several rules.

The first step: write down everything sweet that goes into your mouth. Every carbohydrate product, every candy, glass of sweet soda, juice, piece of cookie, banana, dry food, etc. In the evening you will be surprised at the amount you eat.
