What ingredients will you need?
For the dish you need to take:
- beef tenderloin – 550-600 g;
- milk – ½ tbsp.;
- butter – 60 g;
- garlic – 1 clove;
- white bread - 3-4 slices;
- egg (large) – 1 pc.;
- white onion – 1 head;
- crumbled bread – 80 g;
- salt and spices.
Step-by-step cooking process
The cooking process includes several stages:
- The first step is to prepare the minced meat. To do this, the meat is washed, dried, and cut into medium pieces. If there is a fatty layer in them, the latter must be carefully cut off.
- Afterwards the meat is passed through a meat grinder. You can turn it into minced meat using a special blender attachment. The main thing is to make the mass homogeneous without dense pieces.
- Garlic and onion should be peeled and then chopped into neat miniature cubes. The garlic pieces should be much smaller than the onion pieces. If desired, it can also be passed through a press or processed with a fine grater.
- The crusts are carefully cut off from the bread. After this, you need to pour it with milk and leave it to soak. You don’t need to squeeze the bread too hard; you can immediately add it to the minced meat.
- Then you need to add soft butter to the meat, add salt, spices, and the contents of a raw egg.
- All that remains is to thoroughly knead the mass with wet hands. As a result, it should become soft and airy.
- Small cutlets are molded from the mixture, after which each one is rolled in breadcrumbs.
- At the next stage, you need to pour water into the multicooker bowl to the special mark, and place a container on top for steaming dishes. On the last one you need to place the pre-formed cutlets.
- In the steaming mode, the treat will cook in approximately 40-45 minutes. After the appropriate sound signal, all that remains is to transfer them to a plate.
Since the steaming container is small, it will not be possible to cook all the cutlets at once. They will need to be laid out in batches. If you wish, you can prepare the treat for one time, and freeze the remaining cutlets until needed.
What can I add?
If desired, you can add a variety of vegetables to the minced meat. For example, finely grated carrots fit well into the recipe. It is also worth experimenting with spices, trying to find your ideal mixture for such cutlets.

Grind the beef in a meat grinder with a fine grid.
Peel the cabbage and cut off about 300 grams. Roll it into minced meat.
Peel the onion and garlic, pass through a meat grinder and add to the minced meat, meat and cabbage.
Wash and chop the greens very finely. Dill and parsley, and especially basil, are also suitable. Place the greens into the minced meat.
Add egg, milk, salt and your favorite spices suitable for the minced meat.
Knead the minced meat thoroughly and beat it a little, collecting it and throwing it into a cup. This will give it elasticity. Place the minced meat in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Wet your hands and form it into meat balls. Then give them the desired shape.

When eating on a diet, it is recommended to eat lean meat. It includes: chicken, veal, rabbit meat. It does not take much time to prepare dishes from this meat. Steamed dishes are especially healthy.
Today I will tell you my recipe for how to cook steamed dietary beef cutlets in a double boiler. Actually, I chose tender veal, added oatmeal, and the cutlets turned out juicy and healthy.

For cutlets we will need the following products:
- Veal – 0.5 kg.
- Egg – 2 pcs.
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Oatmeal – 50 g.
- Milk or cream 100 g.
- Salt - to taste.
- Breadcrumbs (for sprinkling) – 200 g.
Optional:
- Garlic – 1 clove,
- Ground black pepper.
For dietary dishes, it is better to take veal rather than beef. Veal is more tender meat and cooks faster. Wash fresh meat under running water. Using a knife, cut into small pieces. Place in a deep bowl.
Instead of bread, we will use oatmeal. They are more healthy and are great for dietary nutrition. They also need to be pre-prepared before adding to the minced meat. Grind the oatmeal in a coffee grinder.
Pour the resulting flour into a container and fill it with hot milk or low-fat cream (10%). Leave for 10 minutes to swell.
Peel the onion. Cut into slices.
Beat the eggs with a fork or whisk.
Grind meat and onions using a meat grinder.
At the end, pour out the swollen and cooled oatmeal and pour in the eggs. Add salt and mix well. If desired, you can add chopped garlic and pepper.
The minced meat for the cutlets is ready.
Dip your hands in water and form the cutlets.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and place in one of the steamer pans.

- The result should be a homogeneous minced meat. It needs to be salted and peppered.
- At the next stage, the contents of a raw egg are poured into the minced meat. You can lightly beat it first. Chopped parsley and garlic passed through a press are also placed there (you can also grate it on a fine grater).
- Onions and carrots must be peeled and then finely chopped.
- Vegetable pieces should not be pre-fried so as not to add extra calories to the dish. It’s better to immediately mince them.
- Pistachios without husks need to be transferred to a blender bowl and blended to a fine crumb state. To make the nuts feel better in the dish, you can simply chop them with a knife. Next, the pistachios are poured into the minced meat.
- The last thing you need to add is bread soaked in milk. To do this, the crusts are cut off, after which the crumb is left in the liquid for about a quarter of an hour. To make the pieces soak faster, the milk should be heated.
- Next, the bread mass is lightly squeezed out and transferred to the minced meat.
- All that remains is to mix everything, form neat cutlets and place them on the multicooker grill intended for steaming.
- Then the “Steam” program is activated. The process will take 50 minutes.
If in the end it turns out that the cutlets did not have time to slightly cook inside, the time can be increased by another 10-15 minutes.

The treat should be served hot with any side dish. For example, you can also steam broccoli or its mixture with green beans for cutlets.
From minced chicken
It is better to prepare minced meat for such a treat yourself. To do this, the fillet is cut into pieces, after which it is passed through a meat grinder or crushed with a blender. - Place the minced meat in a large bowl. Then pour in the contents of the raw egg.
- The potatoes need to be peeled, and then processed with a grater with the finest divisions. If the vegetable shavings have released a lot of liquid, it is better to squeeze them out slightly.
- Onions and carrots are first peeled and then processed in any convenient way. For example, they can be very finely chopped into cubes, grated or blended in a blender bowl until smooth.
- After chopping, all the vegetables prepared in the previous steps are transferred to the minced meat.
- All that remains is to add salt to taste, season with spices and mix very thoroughly.
- From the resulting homogeneous mass, you can make small cutlets and place them in a container intended for steaming dishes.
- Next, water is poured into the multicooker bowl, a container with ingredients is placed on top and the appropriate mode is turned on. Steamed cutlets will cook for 25 minutes.
After the appropriate sound signal, they can be transferred to a large plate and served.

- Pre-cooked rice will need to be combined with cornstarch.
- After thorough mixing, the mass with cereal can be combined with minced meat.

- All that remains is to pour water into the multicooker bowl, install a special steaming attachment (lightly oiled) on top and place the cutlet blanks in it.
